Amazing pizza and friendly staff! My son and I ordered a pizza with veggies and one with cheese and both were delicious! We had to walk about a half hour to get there but we both agreed it was worth every step! read more

Honestly, this is the best take-out pizza in Victoria! I can't believe it. Love the ambiance. It's also not hard to locate at all. This hidden gem is extraordinary as they expertly craft your pizza right in front of you. We ordered their tomato (Marinara) pizza, and the second one was the artichoke with olive pizza, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The dough was absolute perfection, giving the pizza a lovely chewy texture. Believe the locals when they say this is the best pizza in town! The place does get busy so make sure you get on it. Ordering via phone adds a nostalgic touch! No online orders. The staff is friendly. Despite the long wait times, we'll be returning for more of their amazing pizzas. This spot is a must-visit for all pizza lovers in Victoria! read more

Our local friends recommended this place for the best pizza in Victoria so we had to give it a try! We gave the following a try: * *Special* - pepperoni, tomato and red onions (5/5 stars) * Meat lovers (4/5 stars) * Bacon with runny egg (3/5 stars) * Mushroom and kale salad (4/5 stars) They were all really delicious and hearty but the special of the week did it for me! A nice combination of meat and vegetables with thin crust and melty cheese. The runny egg on the bacon pizza was also incredible! Heads up to order WAY ahead of time (we had to wait over 2 hours on a Saturday night for our 3 large pizzas) read more

Standard Pizza - a variety of pizzas on a table - Pizza Near Me - Victoria, British Columbia

Best pizza in Vic hands down. Born and raised in nyc, you can trust me. When I tell you I've tried them all in Vic, I have. This is the best. read more

Loved it. Took it back to our hotel and devoured the two we got. Well thought out special-pizzas-of-the-day.

Great pizza place that i highly recommend. Follow them Instagram for all their pizza specials. You can't go wrong.

The pizza tonight was delicious. My wife and I shared a white pizza and added mushrooms. I was in heaven. We also ordered a red pepper pizza on special, and it was also quite good. Standard pizza's dough is something else, and I say that as a huge fan of my wife's multi day cold fermented dough recipes. Let me know if you have picky kids who don't eat crust, cuz I could eat standard pizza's crust all day long. I think we tried a couple of more simple pizzas at standard pizza last time many months ago and they were pretty good, however tonight was special enough for me to go leave a review, and that's saying something. Enjoy. read more

My husband and I are in Victoria for vacation and we were craving pizza. Standard Pizza is delicious. We got one of the specials and it was fantastic. The crust is very good, the toppings are great quality. I will come back next time I'm in Victoria. read more

I had the Spicy Hawaiian and it was great, good mix of sweet and spicy. love the thin crust.

The pizza was fantastic. Although none of the employees were wearing masks. But if we're talking about the pizza, it was top quality. This place is crazy busy for a reason. read more

I've been looking for a pizza place like this is YYJ for a long time. It absolutely destroys Pizzeria Prima Strada and Famoso, which I'd say are the two closet places to Standard Pizza in terms of the style of the pizza (thin crust, Neapolitan). It's safe to say that this is my new favourite spot for pizza, and dare I say, the best pizza in town? It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth the hunt. The 'White Pizza' will change your life. read more

Best pizza in town! hands down. We've known about Standard Pizza since they opened but it took us a while before we actually tried their pizza. Now we are seriously hooked - we get two of their large pizzas almost every week. Our favourite pizza used to be Prima Strada but Standard's large size pizzas are way bigger and better value for the money. The quality is excellent and we love their different pizzas. read more

My God. The perfect pizza restaurant. We had the margarita pizza with carmelized onions. Omgggggg! And then used the chili oil for dip. Love!!! And friendly people at the counter! I'd consider coming back to Victoria just for this pizza! read more

Badass. Thin crust, wood fire brick oven, all the toppings, cool staff, chill vibe. That's all you need to know. This app should not force me to type more when no more is needed. No more info is needed if you're into the aforementioned. It's awesome. Eat here. read more

Look no further for your pizza! This place makes the best. Recommended to me by an Italian friend and they were correct. We had a Meatlovers last evening and finished the few remaining scraps for breakfast this morning. It's even good cold! read more

Came to visit family and had pizza from here, was very good. Loved the tender and chewy pizza dough, the crust was delicious. Made in a fire brick oven and had a wonderful flavor from the fire without being over blackened on the bottom. The tomato sauce was a great balance of acidic and sweet and perfectly proportioned to the dough and toppings. We had the Kale, which was a wonderful combination of kale chips and pizza almost, with a white sauce and lemon drizzled on top. The margarita was delicious as well. The only one that wasn't fantastic was the special squash and leek pizza, the squash was sort of devoid of flavor and was undercooked. Overall though wonderful pizza and a great price, will be back for sure. read more

Simply put. The best pizza I have ever had anywhere outside of Italy. And even then it's comparable. Better taste and better quality ingredients than Prima Strada for far less money. Have been dozens of times now and it's been consistently excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough. read more

Ordered one of their pizzas on special, it was comprised of heirloom tomatoes, basil, and loads of parmesan - super simple but great combination. I didn't know what their portions were like, but my boyfriend and I decided to get a large for the two of us. It definitely kept both of us very full, and we paid approx. $23 for the pie. Great price for two, in my opinion. I was struggling before to find a place serving pizza similar in quality to Prima Strada without the huge price tag, and this place is perfect. They even have a wood fire oven too. :) Would definitely order from again. read more

GREAT pizza! RUDE staff who put a little too much effort in performing a fashionable indifference to their customers. Come on, guys! You're making pizza! Be humble! Have fun! Besides, haven't you heard that nice is the new cool? read more

One of the best pizza in town. Good price and good taste. there are 3 tables for dine in and mostly people order to go. Location is convenient and fast service as well. read more

This is the best damn pizza I've had in years. So good. So very good. We bought a couple of pies, an anchovy one, and a white one, and everyone at the table ate more than we planned. The caramelized onions were done right, sweet from a slow cook, not just fried, and they brilliantly put the arugula in a bag on the side so it would still be fresh and unwilted once we got the pizza home. Thin crust, great ingredients, super tasty. Do yourself a favour. read more

I've never had a wood fired pizza before and I would highly recommend. All ingredients are freshly made and the pizza was so tasty. It was fun to watch the guy flipping the pizzas in and out of the wood fire oven. You can eat in but space is limited or you can take out. They are a busy little place. Service is friendly and prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend. read more
