I was expecting it to be like the rest of the reflexology/chair massage places I had been to, but this one blew the others out of the water! It's clean and quiet. My therapist, Jason was professional and very skilled! They actually have Thai massage bars on the ceiling of the room that I was in, although I don't know that he ever used to them, he was definitely fully on the table with me a few times. Even though my certificate was for a Swedish massage, this definitely was not that, but way more therapeutic! Lots of long strokes, stretching, and deep pressure, which I like. They have the public room for chair massages, but they also have a few private rooms, which was where I ended up. I was asked to only undress from the waist up, which allowed for an amazing back massage when I was Face down. Then when I flipped over, I was of course covered on top, but since I still had my leggings on, he was able to do some really great stretching with me in that position. For the quality of this massage, I'd say it's a great value! I will definitely return.

The therapist noticed I was very tensed around my neck & shoulders however her massage was too gently. I did advise her I always get deep tissue massages since I'm always tense in those areas. I assume the language barrier was the issue & she didn't understand what I was saying. Overall it was a nice relaxing massage & I'm glad I only paid $25 for it. Original price stated $80 then the discounted price was $35 & I had $10 off do that's why it went down to $25. If I had paid $80 original price then I would have left very unsatisfied. Would I return? Maybe, just to give them another shot.

I booked and prepaid $100 for a deep tissue massage through their website, which explicitly instructs customers to arrive 15 minutes early. I followed that instruction exactly. Despite this, I was told by a staff member to wait outside, and I was left standing there for 15 minutes. Only after someone remotely opened the door did a man who appeared to be the owner arrive. When I referenced their own website policy, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating that there was "nothing wrong" with me waiting outside. This alone reflects poor customer handling and disregard for their own stated procedures. Unfortunately, the service itself was far worse. I clearly filled out the intake form indicating significant stiffness in my shoulders and back, requesting focused work in those areas. Despite paying for deep tissue, the person who normally sits at the front desk performed the massage and spent the first 30 minutes lightly stroking my back, providing no therapeutic pressure whatsoever. When I explicitly asked him to work on my shoulders and muscle knots, there was minimal response. He failed to properly use oil and even attempted to massage through the blanket, including on my legs, which is completely inconsistent with deep tissue standards and basic massage protocols. This is not what was advertised, not what was paid for, and not what was agreed upon. The most concerning part came later. After I again asked whether he intended to work on my shoulders, he left the room, returned with an unknown substance or item, and applied it to my shoulder without any explanation, consent, or warning. I was never told what it was, what it would do, or whether it was appropriate for my condition. I am now experiencing visible bruising and a burning sensation, which I have documented with photos.
