It felt a little uncomfortable--there was no real privacy, as people could be walking in and out while a person could be trying to relax. I sat there awkwardly until I was finally taken to a private room and asked to wait. I waited about 10 minutes before my 60-minute full body massage began. I was expecting a Swedish-style massage, but it was much more intense than I anticipated. I was sore for a few days afterward, but I did feel overall relief--especially in my neck and lower back. The price was reasonable, but I'd rather pay a bit more for a cleaner and more professional setting.
