We emailed the Firm Administrator, Michelle Zoecklein and we were ignored for a month. The attorneys are not involved. We got nothing from this firm for almost 3 months until we asked for a refund and requested cancellation so we could get our credit card money back for not producing documents. Only after a demand for refund did they start to reach out and produced generic documents. We never spoke or dealt with one attorney at this firm. Attorney, Brice Zoecklein, owner of this firm, claims in his response to our reviews he was the managing attorney on our case, however, we had zero contact or communication with him. I would not recommend this firm.

As you walk into the building, there is nothing to signify where their office would be. Even after talking to the guy at the desk, it took him a few minutes to direct me to the correct elevators. Pushed the button for sixteenth floor and got in elevator. It took me to the 21st floor and there were no buttons to push for 16th floor. i had to exit elevator and push the button outside. Then, make sure i get in the correct elevator. Getting off at the 16th floor and there was nothing to go off of. I wondered the floor for a few minutes until i finally found the office. Very little sign and nothing on the door. I walk in and the lights are dim and no lights in the office area. I push the button for service and wait a few minutes. I end up pushing it again and someone pokes their head out and then disappears. Another minute later and another lady appears. She irritatingly asks me what i needed. I told her i was there to see Lisa. Then she infomed me that i was late and that Lisa could only see me for fourty minutes, i a rude voice. I let her know of my troubles with traffic and finding the building and office but it did not matter. She fired back with more negitivity so i just walked out. I thought Cordell and Cordell were experts for men and divorce. Nothing about my experience was comforting. I wasted my time thinking i would meet someone on my side and emotionally supportive but never made it past the discruntled secretary. One more thing. The entire office was women. I saw four business cards and all were women. For an office all about men and divorce, you employ a lot of women that men in my situation don't want to deal with.

We are going to prepare photos and review the lease we signed thanks to the pointers from LSA. Also, we have pets with us and have to leave for our honeymoon Monday. Their firm sends out threatening letters initially to try and get you to drop your case and continues to be unnecessarily confrontational and offers no amicable conversation to try and come to a meeting of the minds. Even after I won and the defendant had no problem giving me a document, April had to note in her email that she wasn't obligated to give it and she wouldn't have but for the defendant wanting to. Geez! Sounds like an attorney wanting to add to her legal fees rather than represent her client's best interest. He knows the ins and outs of the rules, statutes, evidence, judges, bailiffs , clerks. Then he must run for re election every four years. Mark noticed that his predator was slipping well before the rest of us. There will always be questions expressed in private. On the essential point Mark Ober's involvement has never seemed credible. There is not much more on talent and brining top assets to this public office. The checks and balances system seldom lets one office holder to gain so much authority over the defendants that law enforce uncover in Hillsborough County. Mark has a quick intuitive mind, he has little energy for the unprepared. The courtroom is relaxed in his presence. The job he does provides swift justice, but I have never seen Mark jam up a person facing death by injection. So will get out even after judges and jurors have reviewed the evidence available. He also has taken a personal interest in keeping the manipulators away from early release. Some people get a fair day in court and have no hatred toward this good man. He is a good stubborn man. This jobs needs leaders that know the types of tricks the most dangerous use. Mark introduced me to my first judge and first criminal case in 1977. I focused on the demise of penalties involving abuse of trust using banks. Eventually as I gained experience my office was moved closer to 'old sparky' a trick machine designed to give a fright when picking up a model execution chair forty years ago when electricity forced the body to leave the soul. Mark has a shelf dedicated to the Hallmark cards he has kept, all from death row inmates, and all hoping to see Mark once his conviction is set aside. It is not a job I would seek. Hillsborough County is fortunate to have this good man on the job when life and death decisions are considered.

I immediately sent the first half of the payment , which they received/applied on 05/19/25, and 2.5 months later (on 08/06/25) they have sent a new later, demanding more fees including fees to place a lien on my home. When they decided to accept splitting the payment there was zero mention of a deadline of any kind. It's my opinion that this should not be allowed, and may not even be legal. This is probably something someone should investigate so they aren't draining people of money to simply send letters.
