I have Aron on recording telling my niece that my Sister who is the executor of my mother's will has violated the Florida laws as she never filed her will with the probate court! Aron said as soon as I send his law firm 5,000 dollars for retainer fee they would send out a demand letter to my Sister the executor of the will and then file a complaint in Florida probate court ! After I paid the 5,000 dollars' I was handed off by Aron to a lady named Georgia and she told me they would need to investigate all documents before they could make a determination if any laws were broken! When I decided to cancel them after only 4 days because I felt they were liars and completely incompetent' they immediately charged me 2145.00 of the 5,000 that I paid for their retainer for a few papers and they weren't even formed with the courts ! This guy Aron is a complete fraud and a liar and the sad thing for him is I have him on recording , which I intend to send to the Florida State bar and have his firm investigated ! Good Job Aron ! Looks like you majorly just screwed yourself and your firm ! Good luck explaining your lies to the Florida Bar ! I have my niece as a witness plus the recording where you perjured yourself!

What stood out to me was she personally picked up the phone on the 2nd ring when I initially called her. We discussed my situation, and what I was looking for and she immediately placed a 3 way call to Michigan to get the correct paperwork faxed to her. (Impressive!) We were on the phone over 30 minutes (at least) and her calm and soothing voice was very re-assuring for me - especially when I didn't know what I was getting into regarding Medicaid issues/denials. We spoke a few times back and forth and she truly is genuine in what client she takes on, and I can tell she honestly loves what she does. She is metalicious in her details of her paperwork as well as her notes she takes to follow up. I met her in person today and was impressed with her, as well as her office assistant. She has a small 2 room office in a quaint building on Davis Islands. It appears she has quite a few business contacts, but is also proud that who she IS in contact with is reputable, grounded, and especially ethical. I left hugging this sweet lady - her prices are competitive but you really get the bang for your buck. Her sound judgment, experience and relationship skills make this Attorney one you want in your corner!

Not only did he not offer a dime back the office didn't even mail a sympathy card. For a professional in the business for so long who works with the elderly "helping" families you would think a card at the very very least would be mailed. Nothing. My professional opinion: don't waste your money, or time. Rehabs and/or ALF's have case workers who will help you as part of their job and will show empathy and support. The lack of empathy, and unprofessionalizm is not ok and not worth adding to the already overwhelming stressful session of life.
