Nick was instrumental in designing and pushing thru the designs with the city. He was very professional, clear and communicative in his emails and helped our contractor as needed with guidance to create a safe working environment. RME was also very transparent and reasonable in their fee structure. They billed me accordingly and made it very easy to understand what I was paying for; moreover, they invoice billing system was very easy to use. I've attached pics of the before and after of our project. I would highly recommend RME Structural Engineers.

Ayax was on time and prepared to start working. The scope of the job required him to be very precise as it was where a gate had been replaced and there was now a uneven gap underneath it. He not only layed the cement pavers properly under the gate but went the extra step and smoothed out the outside wall under the 10' gate opening onto the alley. I couldn't be happier and so very glad we choose AMC. You won't be disappointed in having Ayax complete your project large or small. Because of his abilities and competence we are looking to have him do another project here at the house.

First off we are super happy with Tolga and the team at TY engineering…read more We were doing a simple restucco, repairing framing and window replacement. We decided to change the balcony wall from all stucco to a base pony wall and glass on top. A simple change triggered the need for full building plans for a triplex from the early 1960s, engineering for wind and load calculations and the dreaded California coastal commission review as we are changing a design element. TY came on the next day to walk the project and and the following day, one of the engineers came out to climb the scaffolding, take photos and measurements. Within a short time TY had two different options on how we could do the glass on top of the pony wall TY helped us all through the process when both Coastal and the city wanted additional information Very happy with the service they provide.

Tolga also went above and beyond by helping me with referrals. I highly recommend them.
