At that point, I should have looked elsewhere but I really wanted to get my shoulder looked it and this office is close by. On the day of the appointment - my appointment was at 11:30 am but I didn't see the doctor until an hour later. They sat me an exam room. I poked my head out to find out what the delay was and saw The doctor, Dr. Malberg, making copies. He's not that great. He prescribed painkiller and said to come back in 2 weeks. Unfortunately I got busy and forgot the appointment and they sent no reminder before the appointment date. The day after, I got a call from the rude Assistant informing me I missed my appointment and they were billing my card as a no show - which they did. Somewhere in the papers I signed they claim I agreed to them charging my card. I am disputing the charge! I will never go there again.

I really appreciated that Dr. Jonna explained why I'm experiencing my symptoms as well as potential treatments to alleviate them. He also went over x-rays with me, which really helped to visualize my issue. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service they provided, and wish more doctors would aspire to this office's standards.

The entire staff from the front office to the aides (and even Randall at the security desk) makes us feel welcome and seeing how far she has come is amazing. They have many therapists so your experience will depend mainly on who you get. You may hit the jackpot, or bankrupt. A lot of equipment but a lot of it is for strengthening Rutgers athletes who are young and bounce back quickly. They seem best at strengthening, not so super at correcting specific problems. Maybe I had bad luck recently but I was rather disappointed with how my experience went. Overall a bit too "mass production" for me as a patient. I would say that if you feel your condition isn't improving, go ahead and make a change to another therapist or facility. You need to make yourself priority #1, #2, #3 and every number thereafter. I also note that while this place is, again, not outright fraudulent like some places, they charge a LOT. They tend to pad the bill with things like heat and ice and non-therapist supervised exercises in order to max the insurance payments. If you don't pay anything that's your business, but if you care about the principle or pay a portion of your bill, realize that the bill here is going to be quite a lot... like several TIMES what other places charge for equal or better treatment. I also agree with the reviewer who said you may have to deal with somewhat abrasive people at the front. Billing is also CHAOTIC. In that respect you are in the end dealing with a huge hospital business (Saint Peters) rather than a small physical therapy outfit.
