TLDR: I LEFT WITH AN OPEN, BLEEDING WOUND…read more I went in for an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. The nail tech didn't come to talk to me for 20 minutes. When she finally came to ask what services I wanted, she began my pedicure and IMMEDIATELY began removing healthy skin around my toes. On my big toe, she cut me so badly, I started uncontrollably bleeding everywhere. She put my foot back in the water, but I told her it was stinging and very painful. She kept trying to do the same to my other foot, but I pulled my foot out the water and she finally saw the blood running down my toe and foot. She freaked out and the manager came over and started yelling at her. I told them both I needed to leave to go home to take care of the open wound she left me with. I headed to urgent care and they were glad I came in because this type of wound can easily become infected if not treated, which can lead to AMPUTATIONS. Avoid this place. Seriously.

I have tried other stylists near me, and now just travel 400 miles to see Shay. After her initial training in Las Vegas, she went to California and trained at Vidal Sassoon academy then went on to become a vivid color specialist. The salon is out of her house, but has a separate entrance and she is fully licensed. She could be living in any big city, charging astronomical prices and working with the rich and famous, but instead charges small town prices. She is pretty flexible with scheduling, too.
