I know this particular pain clinic is a bit of a chain, but was advised to stay in northern Va locations, even after moving to Richmond. As a nurse, I've heard horror stories about pain clinics for years, but this location has so far been nice. No medication changes to the regimen I've been on for years at this point, the office staff is pleasant and professional. The doctor I liked has moved to Maryland, so will be getting used to someone else again. The waiting room is small, but comfortable, the appointments tend to run on time. You must keep up with all payments, and don't miss your appointment if you can help it. All in all, it's been a good experience so far.

IN ANY EVENT, I recently met and had an outstanding experience with Dr. Trucksess and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. She seemed familiar with my situation but still asked questions and listened, never rushing me. She maintained a great dialogue with me throughout her testing process on my hand, walking me through what she was doing and explaining what she was finding. She is clearly extremely knowledgeable and had a fantastic bedside manner. I'd recommend her to anyone needing her specialty and would absolutely go back to her again if needed.

I was a heptathlete from age 10 to 24 and twenty plus years later have much arthritis throughout my spine knee and shoulders to show for it. I've survived 2 car crashes into my car and a moving truck collision headon into a tree during a bad storm in which I suffered broken teeth and severe soft tissue injuries, sjc joint dislocation and vertebral strains that took over a year to treat and still being treated. I've had about 12 surgeries over the years to include my back and knee. So I understand pain from patient's perspective very well and how it can take over your life. I understand pain because of my Masters degree in biology: molecular science. Dr. Greene knows how what to do to get you back to your goals. I hope you will get to be seen by Dr. Greene. He takes time with each patient and really listens to each patient. Dr. Greene continuously researches to find innovative and the best treatments for his patients. I ultimately decided to continue care with and in-network provider but getting records from VSI was a pain. They have an online patient portal with mostly empty tabs. I called to request my xrays and they can't upload them so I requested a CD to pickup. The CD wasn't ready when they said it would be and I had to wait 15 min for it. For my original appointment most of the few bins of snacks for patients were empty. Not a big deal, but shows poor management. I used them years ago and had a good experience, which is why I went back, but my opinion has changed
