I really liked that he offers many services and can act as a one stop shop without having to hire multiple vendors. Ultimately, we hired Eric and his team as our DJ and photo booth. Eric was a great MC and he was able to get my Korean family onto the dance floor and have a great time! Anyone who has ever been to a Korean wedding knows that is an incredible feat. I've never seen my parents dance together before and it was so much fun dancing with my older aunts and uncles! Don't get me wrong, the young people had a blast too! We were so happy with the ease of the whole process and great service. Eric and his team were big contributors to making our wedding day so special and stress free.

We were to use Eric as our ceremony officiant, reception MC, and his crew handled all sound, DJing, and photobooth, they did it all! He was also available through e-mail and text answering all questions we had. He was unable to make the wedding rehearsal and told us ahead of time, and even wrote out the script so we could get someone to read his parts, working out perfectly! On the following day of the ceremony, everything went amazingly smooth. His sound set up was great and everyone could hear clearly. He even memorized all of his stuff as little did we know the sun was blindingly reflective on his ipad. His crew was amazing. All the music and sound was clear and played perfectly timed. The ceremony music went flawlessly, the grand entrance was exciting, and our big show of a first dance was cued up with the music perfectly. Our photo booth was manned, and the attendant working it was fun, enthusiastic and getting the people hyped and dancing! They even customized the settings of the printed photos given to guests with a cool star wars motif and our names! One of my favorite moments, was him working with our photographer during the reception, to get all the people gathered to take a massive group picture on the dance floor and then cue the music while everyone was already there to get people dancing! Coming up with a music list is kind of hard when you are busy planning a wedding, but luckily I was able to just give a list of 20 to 30 motown/funk/disco songs that my wife and I enjoyed, and the DJ was able to come up and fill in the rest of the playlist with a ton of fun music that fit the theme and kept the night fun! If I had to plan another major event, and I wanted to minimize things I would have to worry about, I would book MUZZii events in less than a heartbeat!

Over and over again I am floored by his professionalism. He's conducted himself in the most considerate and courteous way possible. At this point he has far exceeded my expectations. This is a vendor that genuinely cares about the outcome of your event and your overall happiness with their service. I'll be back after the wedding to update the review, but other than singing more praises I am sure it won't change much :)

He was everything we imagined and more! He turned out to be MORE than a DJ. He became our Visual Audio guy as well. He draped the entire ballroom, put up all the LED up lights, set up the spot lights, provided a projector to display a slide show, and played the absolute best music during our wedding. He had everyone dancing the entire night. We asked him to play Persian music, Latin music, and top 40s. He did a fantastic job mixing between these music types. He was so great that we had tons of guests asking for his contact info to hire him for their future events. DJ Julius was absolutely amazing and helpful. Anything we requested, if it was possible to do, he would do his best to make it happen. He is the most humble and honest person we have ever met. He never attempted to up charge us, or hustle us into purchasing anything more just to make extra money off of us. He gave great suggestions and through the process he continued to be extremely helpful and polite. He made sure that all the attention would be on us that night, and not on him. I can't say enough about him. We definitely plan to use him in the future for other events, and have referred him to friends. My advice would be to book him early. Couple of our friends tried to book him about 3 months in advance and he was already booked for the date they wanted.

When I first met with Tammi back in 2013, I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and organization. That day I met with several wedding planners and Before I Do was the perfect mix of business savvy and creativity. They had a lot of inspiring, imaginative ideas and were the only ones who had a goal for their services to pay for themselves (through negotiating contracts, etc.). I live in LA and was planning a wedding down in San Diego. My venue happened to be one that is highly customizable, so I needed recommendations for everything from rentals to catering to florists. Tammi and Alicia did a great job with this and already had an extensive list of recommended vendors for every category. Also, they were always responsive to our questions. The timeline meeting was immensely helpful and they thought of every little detail so our wedding day would run smoothly. The week leading up to the weekend was by far the most stressful. I really appreciated handing everything off on the Rehearsal Dinner night. They even picked up some last minute things for my husband and I so we didn't need to worry about a thing. Highly recommended!
