Had a great experience at VIP Nails! I made an appointment the day before for two pedicures, and they were very nice, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we walked in. I also had my 4-year-old with me, and they were SO sweet to him. They gave him cookies and candy and even let him hang out in one of the massage chairs while we got our pedicures. That little extra kindness toward a kiddo makes such a difference! Our pedicures turned out great, we never felt rushed, and everyone was friendly. Definitely a good experience and we'll be back! read more

I'm never coming back. When I walked in they stopped and stared at me like I'm a foreigner. Only one person greeted me. They made me sit down for a "clean up medi" and the person they chose to do my nails was so rude and rough and also rushing thru my nails she didn't even file them even and used another nail to pop off my old nails INSTEAD of SOAKING them off like why RUSH? I was charged $30 for this CRAP. They made me feel so uncomfortable there, I hate I wasted my money here. Wish I could give them NO STARS read more

first time at this salon since i just moved out here and i love them! i went with hopes of trying to do a five night at freddy's inspo nail art and we got it down so well! the technician was wonderful and patient and did his best with all designs! he was also honest when he thought a specific thing would look good ( for example the purple and brown nails had a brown outline added in the inspo pics but my nails are shorter and smaller he said he couldn't do it and it wouldn't look good, i completely loved his honesty and advice cause id rather have my nails look good and take out a small detail)! thank you for my awesome nails! will def be coming back read more

Negative 5 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO COME HERE! Some guy named Luis, is such a prick. He is a smart mouth and doesn't know anything about having customer service. If he wants to work in an environment where you have to help the customer, he needs to check himself. I've been here multiple times and have never been treated with disrespect like this guy disrespected me. Especially in front of other customers. read more

I went in here with my sister for pedicures, my sister woke up the next morning with pus and pain on her left foot, pain was so bad she had to go to the hospital, she ended up getting cellulitis of the left foot from bacteria, clearly they do not wash what they use on your feet, we called the salon and let them know and try to get a refund and they tried to act like they weren't at fault and it was coincidental. We will never be going back again. read more

i do not recommend at all. they don't offer tiered services, or different packages, but that isn't the reason for the one star. i asked for SHORT almond nails. i asked if they could do that & they said yes. and then gave me long round nails that i am stuck with for 4-6 weeks. when they trimmed & showed me, i said shorter. this repeated a few times before he simply didn't ask me if the length was fine & proceeded to file. then showed me and i said SHORTER. and he said, "ok, this is the last time." i hate that i paid for nails that i didn't ask for that are going to last me so long. i HATE my manicure. read more

My appointment was at 1 but had to wait till 2. I wish I just left looking back now When I finally got my nails done it was a very simple design of some lines and dots. I don't know if the workers here are overworked or just don't take pride in their work. I tried to tell him that the dots are crooked but he just couldn't understand what I meant. ( a picture of the OG design was provided) I then got my eye lashes done and asked for natural like she showed me and somehow ended up with fans on my eyes... at 3 points the lady gasped like she messed up. On top of that she poked my eye and at another point she began to freak out because she drop something near my tear duct and had me holding the fan while spreading my eye open wide with her fingers trying to get it out. I later found out they are both new to this like 2 months and that's fine but again I wish they just listen better and took more pride in their work. And if not don't charge me what an expert would and give me amateur results. 120 for nails - mani pedi + 30$ tip 140$ for the lashes + 15 $tip 305$ spent to end up very very disappointed I just wanted to feel pretty but they left me feeling like I was taken advantage of. read more

Made an appointment for TWO pedicures. Came with my boyfriend and they started on his feet almost immediately while I sat in a chair for 25 minutes before I got up and left. Did they really expect me to just wait until they were done with him to have mine done? They should have told me they couldn't accommodate 2 pedicures at the same time. Why bother making an appointment. read more

I've never gotten my nails done in hi-desert before so I was extremely nervous but billy did amazing on my nails! Recommend especially if you don't want to make the drive down the hill! These people also can be found on Google as "fantastic Nails" they are anything but fantastic!! I just got charged $20 for gel polish on a $45 pedicure making it $65. I wouldn't complain if it weren't for the fact that he didn't even bother to clean out underneath my nails or trim them and honestly he did a half assed job at best!! Now I'm at home with a foot mask on finishing the job Kevin didn't do. Lesson learned and I will not go back here, nor will I recommend this place. My boyfriend and I went to the salon, they did a pedi/mani on him and I did a dip which I'm loving. It's not too thick, Luis was amazing! I'm not from the area so I was slightly scared but I would definitely go back if I happened to be in 29 and needing great service.
