Got them done Friday august 23, One broke off doing a simple task the very next day. Had to repay to get it pit back on. Yesterday the 26th, 2 fell off within an hour of each other.Zero activity that would cause that to happen. Nails on Friday, gone by Monday. Also very unhygienic! Will be picking the rest off today. Customer service is terrible and the two women in there were rude. One did not even say hello. They charge you to take off gel polish in addition to the cost for the pedicure. That should be included taking off polish. She also asked for my ID on a $32 purchase when no other salon has done that and gave me a lame excuse why. I told her then post a sign that you check ID like the other signs everywhere. It's an old shop, outdated furniture and no modern machinery. I am never going back there. read more

Went in for a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows waxed. They were nice and did a great job. The older lady who did my feet gave me one of the best massages! I will be back. I would only recommend that the place be a little cleaner. Update 2020- The salon is pretty unsanitary they do not do the best job on your nails you will be rushed and pay more than needed for the service. I went to Echo Nails to get a refined, perfect manicure in preparation for my engagement shoot this weekend. I have high standards and my nails had to be perfect. I requested acrylics with a French manicure finish. My nails have never looked better! The whole thing took about half an hour and I love my nails. First of all some new guy started doing my nails and I was pissed. Then I asked for a new set and instead of getting my tips the guy just put acrylic on my real nails. Last time I checked a new set means you put new tips on. Everyone knows I like short and square so what they did to my nails I have no freaking idea. Half ass job but still charged for a full set? I got the Delux Spa Pedicure and loved it!! service was wonderful, area was clean and professional, the ladies were so sweet and helpful!!! $35 for the whole thing, included all the amenities INCLUDING HOT STONE MASSAGE! I will say they TAKE CASH ONLY at the moment but they have an atm if you need one. it does charge 99 cents fee. There is a Navy Federal Atm right outside the building too! The lady just cleaned them up and said oh I thought you wanted the shape (keep in mind she had just cleaned up my eyebrows I hadn't gotten them done in months!) Unless you want dirt, tiny pebbles, HAIR and airbubbles in your acrylic I wouldn't go anywhere near this place along with the work stations! They were filthy! I went in to get my nails done for my upcoming wedding, I had a photo of the nails i had asked for nothing crazy or complicated it was a white tip with one heart on each ring finger nail.. when Charlie asked the female nail tech to help him make a heart, she asked to see the photo so I showed her the photo, when she seen the photo they both looked at each other and started laughing at me, I was embarrassed and uncomfortable the entire stay. I was going to this place a few times when I got here to twentynine, always mediocre service but it was a little cheaper than Fantastic so why not? I haven't came back after my last time being there. Last time I was there, I was getting my acrylics done. Then another customer was seen because she was trying to get her acrylics removed. I've been here 2 times and they did an okay job before. But this time it was NOT COOL. The guy doing my nails did not give me what I wanted and when I asked him to stop he said "you want that right? Yeah this is the same" (I wanted clear nails and he didn't even put clear tips)then he continued on. I asked him if they were going to turn clear and look like the picture I showed and he said YES but surprise surprise they didn't. Then he put little foil flakes on my nail and when they started lifting up on the sides he didn't push them down he just painted clear coat over it so I left with rough scratchy nails. There was nothing I could really do because he was rushing me out since other people were wondering into the shop and there were only 2 workers. Oh and the kicker... Recently moved from San Diego needed to find a nail salon near the area. Very friendly staff but I wish they would have taken the time to do a better job on my fill since I was the only customer there at the time and felt there was no reason to rush. He took less than 2 minutes to file and shape my nails & the way he painted over them was sloppy around my cuticle & unevenly coated. I wish they would have showed effort because they would have earned a loyal customer but unfortunately I will have to try a new place else where. read more

I came here with my girlfriend to get pedicures, there was one person working while we were the only customers. she used the same tools on my friend and I without cleaning them in between usage. it was very rushed, and the scrubber she used looked very old. again, she used the same tools on me that she did my friend and i wonder how many other people they had been used on prior to us without being cleaned. everything down to the chairs we were sitting in were extremely dirty. most definitely will not be going back. we came home and immediately washed our feet with antibacterial soap to prevent any infection. read more

Found out about this place through Yelp. I decided to give it a try based on the recent reviews. Nothing special your mediocre nail salon. I walked-in and they were able to help me right away. I got a pedicure. Overall, I'm satisfied with the final product. The only reason for the 3 stars. But the process to get to it sucked. First off, I was already nervous because of other people experiences about how some techs damaged and infected their cuticle when they cut it wrong. Sure enough I get a cut to the left-side cuticle of my toe wrong. I let the person doing it know. She then proceeds to do the right-side cuticle on the same toe and does it again. At that point I had her just stop and told her not to do it. To my surprise though, the woman sitting next to me getting a pedicure her tech nips her cuticle wrong. From her face expression it was bad. The other tech ask her "did that hurt?" She said, "Yeah." That particular tech then proceeds to apply nail polish remover to the cut to stop it from bleeding. Ouch! I could tell the woman wanted to say something but didn't want to look crazy. I'm not sure if I want to return to this place after two different people made the same mistake trying to cut the cuticle. How many other techs will make this same mistake working there? The risk equals great service versus a sore cuticle or infection. Hmmm. read more

Everything come out good the only reason why I don't give a 5 star was because they had no place with little fans for my nails to dry faster. I never write reviews but my experience here was not the greatest and I'd hate for anyone to go through it as well. I called and asked for 2 fills and 2 pedis. We arrived and they got to us right away. My pedicure was done very quickly just because I have smaller feet/nails that don't need too much maintenance. The polish job on my toes is clumpy, smudged, and I had to clean up around the edges once I got home. Other than that, the pedicure was fine. My fill however -- no ma'am. He was extremely rough while filing and was bending my fingers to really uncomfortable angles. He had a predator grip on my fingers while he was shaping (which, I came in with almond shaped nails and left with literally CatWoman claws, but that's beside the point), and my fingers were starting to burn from how hard the pressure was during the electrical filing. There was another client present during my fill getting worked on with another tech. The other tech asked to borrow one of the electric file bands and used it on her client, then my tech used it right after on my hands. The polish was alright, a little thick on my thumbs but for the most part it was done well. Another thing I noticed was how quickly my fill was done. Most people might say that's good since waiting for your nails to be finished can be tedious, but it was done at a concerning pace. I work part time at another nail salon here in town and have been learning more about the nail world so to speak. If your fill takes less than 45 minutes, something is wrong. If it's done well, properly, and with care it should always take at least 50-60 minutes depending. He radiated negativity and considering there is a sign hanging that says "bad personality but highly skilled = your arrogance will lead you out" -- he wasn't very pleasant or nice to be around. Our total was $100 which was crazy, the same services at the salon I work at is WAY cheaper. When we paid she tried to get us to pay with cash for some reason saying "it's better" and then got an attitude when I asked why we can't pay with card. Overall I would not come here, you're so much better off going somewhere that isn't overpriced, dingy, and unpleasant. read more

So I used to go to echo all the time!!! I loved them! But I just started going back and it's all new workers. Well I got my full set and used my own polish the first time. It was 30 bucks. Okay well prices change fine. I liked them. Plus it was 6 o'clock at night and needed them done for my baby shower. Well I went back today for a fill. It was 31 dollars!! I didn't realize she was using gel until it was to late. ( I have never done gel before). That's my fault. I also didn't like that she didn't ask me first. My mistake for not paying attention but my nails look like they haven't even been filled! My pinky looks horrible and so does my thumb. I've never had such a bad experience. I will not be going back. Idk why I didn't check before I left the salon. But if you choose to go here check your nails. I can't believe I paid 31 dollars for a fill and I'm this unhappy!! read more

And she goes to say they can't do nothing about my nails or toes because the owner isn't there and that he doesn't speak English. My first time coming here after coworkers suggested it and it was amazing! I briefly showed him a pic of what i wanted and he did them perfectly. They were quick but not rushing, just very good at what they do. Also i saw them pull out new tools from the plastic and had a plastic lining in the foot spa so very clean which is something i always look for and don't see in a lot of nail salons.
