This spot was top of the list. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately, the person I spoke too during my visit, is very knowledgeable and made my decision simple. I walked in…read morehaving no clue about CBD and I honestly thought there would be a few vapes and that is all. I was wrong. This shop had cbd lotions, candy, oils, vapes (no disposable which my friend wanted) and some other things like kratom which I have never heard of before. The two employees were busy helping two other customers but one approached me afterward to help me find a vape for my friend. Even as they were starting to close, he was extremely patient with me and telling me about the different things in the store since I was clueless about how many variations, flavors, strengths that there were. Within 10 minutes I was able to find a basic vape kit for my friend and get a pinneapple oil that she loves. I think the employees are knowledgable and it seems like they have a lot of different things except for disposable cbd vape pens.

He replied "the price is right there, you could've read it," then just stared at me as I walked out. The price labels were tiny and I couldn't read them. The cashier was also on a call on speakerphone while I was in there - said it was his friend. That's totally cool, but he was asking them (presumably his manager) if the store had the product I wanted and then asked me to find it myself and point it out. I had asked about weed edibles, which they have a whole shelf of. He didn't seem to believe they had any until the guy on the phone said so, but they have 20+ products. Maybe I just caught him on an off-day. Maybe he's a new employee. Either way, I left feeling disrespected and don't plan on returning.

That's crazy, because they have given me great service, but they were released because apparently their service wasn't good enough for the owner/management. They apparently seem to take staffing seriously. The staff is just as good, if not better now. Like I said, they were already awesome. Maddie helped me (again) with a leaky tank, and knows a lot about juices - seems to be her forte. Like - she knows a lot about juices. I kinda only wanna go juice shopping when she is there. The owner sent me an email a few days ago because I had left a bunch of points on their old rewards system that I didn't use (even though Maddie left me a voicemail telling me to hurry up and use them, I didn't). He extended a pretty fat discount - seemed good enough of a reason to go pick up another tank. I did. I forgot the name of the guy who helped me (afternoon 02/17/16 - sold me a uwell), but he knew so much about hardware. He seemed to be into vaping long before "vape shops" were a thing. This guy is to hardware what Maddie is to juices. He told me about computer chips, coils, mods, manufacturer similarities, nuianses, fucking everything. Because of him, I'm probably gonna have to save up some money and blow it all on my next setup, which is already picked out.
