Lots of dog and cat owners, but I was handed the form/clipboard to complete ahead of time. They actually emailed it after I made the appt. with $20 deposit, but I wasn't able to print it. The line went pretty quickly for check-in. I answered questions about my daughter's dog who needed to be neutered. They took him back and I was told I would get a call in a few hours. He would need to be picked up within an hour of the call. I okayed the $10 cone for him, and the rabies vaccine. I got the call about 1:45, and was told he should be picked up by 2. Checkout was easy, with post-op instructions and pain meds. I paid the invoice, which was a low $85 for everything. Great service and it's nice to know so many people are taking their pets for spay/neuter. Tip: they do not accept CareCredit.

We arrived at 8 am and received a call before noon that our baby was ready for pickup. My puppy was once again being snuggled by the same lady when we arrived to pick him up. He had absolutely no problems and was happy. The price was more than reasonable. I am so very grateful to the Rascal Unit for their kind, compassionate, and well priced service. Those types of compassionate discounts are something that they very seriously need to think about offering. I think it would seriously help with their ratings (and their ratings could frankly use some help). I honestly do trust that they did everything possible to save my cats life and they all appeared very professional, very caring, compassionate and concerned. However, their billing policies shows very clearly that their final bottom line is that they are very much a "for-profit business" and you should have no illusions about that if you take your pet there for help. The first thing they ask about after getting your name and your pets name and why you are there, is your credit card information.
