this is too disappointing to write about. I really needed a pedicure. So I gave them a shot at it. when walking towards the back the place had a smell, bathing bowls for your feet had quite a bit of substance in the bottom of them, they did not rinse them out, but put a plastic cap over them and started water. They did not add anything to the water, when I asked were they're going to add anything to the water like a powder before they start working on my feet, the would be manager came over and dropper one grain of some type of rock like substance to the water with a scoop that had at least 10 pebbles in it and she only dropped one. I looked down into the water to see what the one tiny pebble would do, it never did anything, just a clear water soak. I really wanted something added to the water so I ordered a volcano which took my total up to $75. The water rose up and whirl pooled. the young man began to work on my feet I had told him about areas that really needed some work done on them, he looked completely over them. I got a gel on my toes nails of which he basically slapped on and dried. After he was finished, I looked at my feet my heels, and I was able to take my finger nail and easily pull the damp dead skin off. The polish on my toes did not covering all of my nails up to cuticle or the sides. The would be manager was already grumpy, and after I showed her, she looked knowing it was wrong and then walked off. I was charged $75. I did not stay to argue with them. They were suppose to get my nails done as well, after seeing the work they did on my toes; I said cancel that. $75 went down the drain with their not used effectively volcano packets and my uncared for pedicure. I will never step my feet or finger nails back into that unsanitized and nonchalant salon place ever again. I am visiting in Columbia from California and needed to get a fill for my nails. I chose this location because the reviews seemed to be good. I was so impressed. I was taken in on time for my appointment by Daisy. She was amazing! Very fast and efficient. She was completely done in about a half hour. It takes AT LEAST an hour at the salon at home. My nails looked so good; much better than when I get them done at home. I made an appointment for my next fill with Daisy. I will keep going back until time to go home. read more

My mom and I came in for pedicures and wanted our eyebrows waxed. We were sitting in the pedicure for at least 2 hours till we finally finished. I got a French tip and the white is see through in certain areas. She should have at least done a 2nd coat. I don't feel like they were very sanitary either. We got our eyebrows waxed after our pedicures and we waited for someone to come in for at least 10-15 minutes after already being there for hours. I will just make the drive to Hattiesburg from now on. read more

Me and my friend came for a pedicure, we were there for 2 hours. They kept putting people in front of us even tho we were there first. When the guy finally got to me he was aggressive with my feet. He jammed then clippers under my toes and I had told him to be careful with one of my toes and it's extremely sensitive due to breaking it years ago and he completely disregarded what I had said and seemed he was even more rough with it. This place was horrible! They were extremely rude as soon as we walked in the door we were screamed at to sit down while they figure something out. Then she didn't listen to anything I asked. At the end there were peace's of my nail hanging of and covered in polish. My sisters ticket cost 25 and mine cost 35 I asked why and they said she just got the polish and you got a manicure. As soon as I walked in the door I was gel polish French tip. And the finish product was bumpy uneven and extremely ugly! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The owner is rude and nasty to customer. My sister and eye went in for her to get lashes done. My sister was asking questions about, what type of glue, how long the girl had been doing it, ect. Then all the sudden he blurts out out "We dont do lashes!". We were confused because they clearly did and even said they did. My sister asked what he meant and he replied "We no do lashes for you. You ask too many questions! You go somewhere else!". Excuse, but as a paying customer we have every right to ask questions about a service we here something is being glued to your eyelids!!
