I asked for a pedicure appointment on December 5th. She made a note and never called m.

Major Plus From Me! My visit was an unfortunate one for the holidays my husband lost his mom. I didn't want to represent him or my mother in love in a tacky way. So once we had a moment to go run errands I googled a nail spa near our current location. I visited one near Turtle Creek Mall by a Ross and Target the attitudes were horrible but I'll save that for their review page. The staff was super funny and friendly and multi tasking. Today is Christmas Eve Eve but with all the walk- ins they managed to be kind. Stacy was my manicurist this afternoon. Quiet voice but still friendly. She did an amazing job with my natural nails. I'm coming back for a pedi. Thank you ! Recommendation? Absolutely!! Go! Their open Christmas Eve until 12 pm Opening Back to regular hours Monday December 27th

Great haircuts! No…read moreso great nail service. Got a shellac manicure and French for toes but the French nail job was pretty mediocre. Pretty similar to what I can do myself at home and not neat and clean. It pains me to not give this place 5 stars because the lady who did my nails/toes was pretty nice and so was the girl who gave me a haircut. Extremely friendly, nice, and someone I can be best friends with but for $75 ($85 with tip) nails/toes I expect a good job. Mani/pedi was great but color job was bad. My shellac nails peeled off after 3 days (like completely came off as if they were stickers on my nails!). My toes were not done properly, the lines were not even and neat for French. Had to get them both redone at another place and was not very happy spending another $50. Will not be back for mani/pedi. Will be back for a haircut though. The girl who gave me a haircut was amazing at it and I just love my haircut! Wayyyy above and worth the $35 I spent!! Would've gladly spent $50 for such an amazing job!!

One of my girlfriends recently got her nails done here and spoke so good about this business but when we contacted the owner Kim, she was extremely rude, immature, and unprofessional. I definitely would not recommend. They may do good work, but the customer service is a 0/10. I will gladly take my business elsewhere or just wait until my usually nail bar is open like Kim suggested. If she was so busy, she would have let us know that she couldn't take any appointments or walk-ins in the beginning rather than asking what I needed done. Instead, Kim decided to be a smart ass and run her mouth. Thanks Kim for professionalism and kind manners!
