The water ran cold in our foot bath and we had pruned up feet. We ordered just a basic pedicure which was $37 each. When we went to check out they rang us up for $115 stating that gel was an extra 10 and French was an extra 10. We did not ask for gel but they need to be sure to let everyone know that their prices increase with different styles. Also while getting a manicure the nail tech nicked my skin twice with the electric file making it bleed. There was no apology. The manager came up and did go a bit lower on the price still charging us $100. We will never go back to this nail salon again. The worst place I have ever been.

We both requested a dip-powder manicure on our natural nails. The first red flag: I've never been to a nail salon that uses a Dremel on your cuticles. In my opinion, that damages your nail beds -- you're supposed to soak off the excess polish from the previous visit, not grind at the cuticles. My mom's dip came off the very next day, and mine lasted about a week. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The atmosphere was almost unprofessionally clean.

Pros: I was new in town so this place came by recommendation. Salon in a small older house, very…read morechic. Small parking lot, hard to get in and out right off the street, so be careful. Has great products you don't see in other salons, really nice setup. Cons: I asked for a trim to my below the shoulder style, but just the layers around my ears to shape up and trim the length. This one messed up my layers and I did not realized how much until I started styling on my own, then it looked like two haircuts, like a thick pageboy below my ears, then shaggy and so thin from the neck down. I would expect this from a first year beauty student. Then I saw on their FB site that she has done this similar cut on others. When I called a couple of weeks later to get it corrected, the girl on the other end acted rather nonchalant about it, then said I would be charge full price again! Sounds like the owner needs to call a staff meeting. It's bad enough trying to find an upscale salon in a small town. Then I got it corrected, out of town, by a friend and he said she did not know where she was going with my hairstyle. Now it is going to take months to grow out again, to what I wanted in the first place. Taught me to find a site and see results of the stylist beforehand. This place has potential, but for now, more like shear whatever.
