Do not go here. I took my two nieces for pedicures. (+ me) we upgraded from a basic to a "Envy Pedi" $38 per. Fine. Then we picked our colors and got "done". One of my nieces was taken to Mani station. Well the old lady used a cane and had a bad knee so we just thought it was the way she did things. She then gave my niece a quick manicure saying it was included with the Envy pedi. When it came time to pay she charged us for all 3 pedis and up charged for the "gel Mani and pedi" (that we didn't order) - $55!! Do not go here. Rip off! read more

Please, for your protection, do not use Envy Nail Salon in McComb, MS. My daughter (an adult) had her nails done and the "technician" caused two of her fingernail beds to bleed....and not just a little. The "technician" also did not really listen to what my daughter requested about nail shape or length. My daughter's fingernail bed area seemed somewhat swollen before we even got home....a very short drive. I had heard this place was not good, but hadnt been in a while and thought this one time would be ok. My nails were done by a male, and he never addressed me directly. I am not a snob, but the feeling was uncomfortable. A child of one of the workers, I guess, was running around barefooted. Just so disappointed and will never frequent this place again. We will be treating my daughter's nailbeds with peroxide and neosporin for several days to ward off any issues. read more

I don't recommend this place at all. I've been to the guy in the back for a couple times now. Each time, he was rude and almost couldn't understand what I wanted. I did not ask for french tips. I asked for a clear pink with CLEAR tips, not white. He insisted that the white would look better and when I shook my head no he pulled the white tip box out anyways. On top of all of the anxiety this man caused me, he got a brush hair under my middle finger nail, which he saw and tried to cover up with clear polish instead of taking it out. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you're getting a pedicure and make sure it's a woman doing your toes. If I could give zero stars i would. The same guy that did my nails also did my toes and physically put my feet in water that was way too hot. read more

The nail tech was very rude and became upset when I moved my hand while she was filing the "skin on the side of my nails" when shaping my nails. My daughter and I got pedicures.... the water was cold. I told them twice that our water wasn't hot. The tech cut my toe and caused it to bleed. I get a mani/pedi every 2 weeks this is the ABSOLUTE worst place I have ever been!!!! Hannah is rude asf she use to humble. I been going to her for over 8 yrs and she was rude to me kept rolling her eyes and huffing. rating Well... I didn't think that spending hours in a salon was my idea of a good time, but I have seen the light! My friend went here for a spa day, and I tagged along just for fun. You have to try everything once, right? Plus, my toes did look a bit rough. Cara took great care of me with a gentle pedicure. When the massage chair revved up, I knew I had made an excellent life choice. I was so into it, I even went for the sugar scrub. Why not? The whole thing was $30! Take a chance, guys! A little self-care never hurt anybody. why did I spend $60.00 for my toe mail and you only paid $30.00. The Treat Black People Rude. everyone did to come together and open up a black spa and stop giving these people all of our money. They do not do a good job and then they Laugh about it. OVERPRICED AND POOR SERIVCE. A friend and I went on a Friday afternoon around 1pm. We were sat down immediately and I was impressed. I asked for a certain design and they were able to do just as I asked. Unfortunately I didn't know it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to get a tips and a pedi. For acrylic w/ gel, and a pedi with gel equaled to 135$. The lady gave herself a 15$ tip that was included in my price. Not to mention it was the worse pedicure I've ever gotten. She rushed through the entire thing and rushed through painting my tips. The gel paint already chipped the day after and two of my gel paint off my toes just came off in the shower. I have never experienced anything like this before. I will never be back. read more

I took my little sisters to get mani/pedis. As usual, I got a gel pedicure. I live in New Orleans so I usually pay about $35-40 for gel pedi. When I checked out, they charged me $70 for ONE pedicure and $70 for ONE dip manicure. For 3 people to get mani/pedi, the total was $330, without a tip!!! I was shocked and thought they made a mistake, but the lady said no, it was $35 for the pedicure + another $35 to get gel. My sister's dip manicure chipped after 3 days!!! Total rip off. Worst nail experience ever. Based on my brief conversation with another customer, tho, I think I just got a bad technician. (At one point during my pedicure, she leaned over from her chair and whispered "she's horrible. I won't let her touch me.") So, here's my experience: After waiting in the massage chair and hot water for 45 minutes, the technician came to me with loose tools (not in the sealed sanitary pouch I expect), and then she lightly sprayed them with alcohol. I asked for sanitized tools, and she seemed put out at my request. The gentleman working on the customer beside me seemed to instruct her to get the clean tools, and he assured me she would get clean tools for me. She returned with what appeared to be a new file and buffer. Still no sanitary pouch containing the silver tools. She was rough and spotty in her cleaning of my feet, and I was still grimacing that her spraying alcohol on the silver tools wasn't adequate sanitizing. Hopefully my toes don't rot off. Maybe it's a good thing she wasn't thorough. After applying 4 coats (why not just the normal 2?) of a thick colored polish (my own that I brought in), she helped me out of the chair, and in taking my purse from me, she dropped it on the floor, and the strap ruined the polish on my big toe. Here we go again. Back into the chair for another 15 minutes to redo the big toe - twice - as she wasn't pleased with her first redo attempt. I've now been at the salon for 2 hours and seeing that she was also going to do the nail polish change I had requested when I got there, I scrapped that, paid for my awful pedicure, and left with wet toes. Anyway, I will reiterate again- I think I just had a bad technician. All the other guests seemed pleased with their manis and pedis, and many seemed to already be regulars at this fairly newly opened salon.
