One car was done in less than 45 minutes, and the other a similar timeline. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. I just didn't get all I paid for, and if that is the caliber of work you can expect there...I'll pass. Gas lighting behavior from the owner is atrocious. Thanks for actually reading the full story!

They were able to schedule the job quickly and did fantastic work cleaning the carpets so they look like new! They even went the extra mile to remove the spare tire and clean the tire well. See the images. They're a great value for the work they do. Also, they service ALL of San Diego County, not just the small area shown on the Yelp map. We're in Oceanside. They bring everything to to your home and take great care of your vehicles. They have the highest rating on Yelp for a reason. Don't second-guess if you need the best mobile detailers in San Diego County, call them.

The detail work was sufficient but I wanted it to be wowed, with new paint and windows but I felt it was just standard. Its new paint so i was expecting to have it buffed waxed and have the white marks removed from the rear finder. These things where not done. Where it broke down for me was, I do not like to clean up after a service that I paid to clean up. They poured some kind of liquid on my drive way that I took a scrub brush too and some of it came our some of it did not. This a a deal breaker for me, I do not want to know you where there when you leave. with these oil/dirt things they poured out on my barely 3 year old driveway. The website does not Represent them at this stage. Its is not Necessary just be you. Do not show photos and services you do not offer and crew that are not a part of your team Vehicles he did not detail. They had all their stuff in the back of a pickup truck. but the website shows something different. Oh the upside they are great people, people you want to hang out with. A husband and wife / family team that can become one of the top detailers in SD. Right now they do not have all the tools and products needed to be a top tier mobile detailer. That will change as they build this business up. I wish them the best real cool people.

Mario is very professional while being super friendly and informative. He is responsive, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of detailing. I am an engineer and very picky and detail oriented. Mario exceeds all my expectations and provides amazing results. I had never experienced ceramic coatings before, but on his recommendation, I had him apply it to my new 2024 Subaru Outback a couple years ago. Wow, it was worth the extra work as it makes the car stay so much cleaner for longer periods between washes and is super easy to clean once it's dirty. Two years later it still looks like it's just been detailed after a simple wash. I trust Mario implicitly and highly recommend him for any detailing work you need. His fees are very reasonable, and his work never disappoints.

He did not restrict me to a particular package, but went ABOVE AND BEYOND to include all that I needed with an UNBEATABLE VALUE. And he's MOBILE. He arrived on time to my house to detail exterior and interior on TWO vehicles. He estimated it would take him 4 hours but because of his extremely thorough work ethic (and my dirty vehicles) he ended up working 1.5 hours longer to finish and didn't even charge me extra! When I offered to pay more he said he wants to "honor the base price we discussed." TALK ABOUT RARE AND AMAZING GENUINE AND HARD WORKING ETHIC. 2) MY 2005 Honda Accord and 2008 Saturn Suv LOOK BRAND NEW because of Eric's magical skills. I say magical because I NEVER thought the knarley stains on my mats and rugs could ever get out and they are spotless now! And he was somehow able to vacuum all the nasty debris in the cracks and compartments and everything was wiped and treated even the head liner that I requested! HE EVEN RUBBED OUT SCRATCHES/SCUFFS on the exterior. And my vehicles smell AMAZING better than brand new. I've gotten my car detailed before and Eric's detailing service blows everything out of the water. ! Referring everyone to him!! Did I mention unbeatable prices??!
