There's a place right down the street from my house that charges ridiculous prices and say that they're giving you a deal. They've raised their prices twice. I'm not going to mention who they are, but you guys have to check this place out. It's legit. Their prices are exactly what you're looking for. But the service here is friendly and helpful and fast. They know their products and they can get you in and out of there quickly. I do get a lot of texts, seems like they always have promotions and sales which I'm very fond of but I would only return during a promo period. Too pricy here. Came in looking for a few specific items in specific sizes. When he tried to sell me the bigger I let him know I could not afford it, as much as I would love to, being friendly in saying so. His smile disappeared and he barely spoke to me the rest of the interaction. He knows I have gotten bigger purchases before and was trying to cut the price by $5 and when I said no, he went through the transaction so fast I couldn't even put my loyalty number in and when I said "oh the number went away", he just looked at me and said the total. Went from 3 or 4 very pleasant visits to being treated like an annoyance. If you want customers, don't get angry when they can't afford things. There are 2 other smoke shops in spitting distance (literally within a mile) and I will happily go to either from now on, even if one costs more and one is inconvenient, because they are happy to see me, make sure I use my rewards and don't push me. Return customers come back because of price and relationship to the workers, especially in smoke shops. Dont be acting like were best friends until I cant afford something I never asked you to order.
