I never was the type to write reviews on companies but the experience I had with VIP in the short two years I had to deal with them was the most stressful I've ever had IN MY LIFE. It's a specific person who works at the company who has the most influence and pretty much runs it. It's a foul woman by the name of Tracy who I genuinely believe is evil. I understand having to enforce rules and association guidelines but the way Tracy proceeds with it is literal harassment by definition. Constantly sending her goons to your house to photograph it and stalk it out. I have a video of her close friend she sent to stand in front of my house waiting for my dog to show his face on the window to photograph him. She stood there for 30 minutes waiting! Tracy was not always in charge of Fair haven eleven. Before she was here there were rules set in place and everyone had a copy of them. When she came in and took over instead of letting everyone know about the new rules and giving everyone a copy of the new guideline and rules like a normal person would, she instead would put notices on your door of the violations you were breaking and give you very short deadlines to fix it before she got her lawyers involved (which she would). When confronted about the rules and how we were supposed to know she said we would have to PURCHASE THE NEW RULES. Can you believe that? This is not a one-time thing or something you would have to deal with once a month... It was DAILY. She would constantly find something, the smallest thing to put a notice on your door for. You will never be in peace living under VIP Management's control, she knows everyone in Fairhaven eleven is elderly yet she continues to attack them via emails and make them sign complicated forums that she would decline and pick at every little thing to make it impossible to pass anything you wanted to do with your own home that you own. I can honestly write a book of all the experiences we had with Tracy and her horrid company. I don't think I mentioned this but she is a blatant racist and I swear that is not a blank statement with nothing to back it up. My parents wanted to extend their driveway and of course, Tracy found a way to make us waste 300+ dollars just to hopefully get it approved (which it never did) for a year and a half. While others got it done in mere days or weeks. It was clear she was very biased towards us and simply wanted to make our lives as complicated as humanly possible. I was blessed enough to not be employed while dealing with the driveway situation because I promise you it was a full-time job with her. I don't know how elderly people in our elderly homeowner's association are supposed to keep up with her harassment. I was 20 at the time and could not handle or keep up with it. We had a 3rd party company try and get the driveway work approved. This company is professional and has been dealing with homeowners associations for the past 8 years and NEVER had the number of problems they had with Tracy. Do you understand how bad that is? They literally could not continue to work with us and refused to be in contact with Tracy stating she had said multiple racist remarks towards them and yelled at them over the phone in an insulting manner. At this point, it was clear that we have to get out of this association as fast as possible because the woman is a toxin. Even now she continues to harass my parents constantly about very petty things like they are major problems and continue to threaten them with fees and lawyer action it makes me very sad to see. She contradicts what the city of Tamarac wants to have her own rules in the mafia she runs in Fairhaven Eleven. She controls the president of Fairhaven eleven like a puppet when he should be the one in control but since he is so old I imagine it is easy. She does many things behind his back that he is not even aware of. She had a legal team attack me and my family over petty rule and guideline violations that were acceptable in the old association rules and when we tried to bring it up to the president of the association she did everything in her power to silence u and escort the president away as it was clear he had no idea of what she was doing. Disgusting behavior like a woman-child. There is so much more than can be said of what happened but I think I have made my point clear by now I swear on my soul moving into anything Tracy controls will be the biggest mistake of your financial life, and mental health. I Just wanted to give my feedback on Tracey S. Schnaitman. As I'm going down each reviews I see that we all have a common interest in this women, not only does it look like she has a terrible and distasteful people skill she is rude and bias as each review states and I can Verify that that is TRUE! My mothers lease will be up tomorrow and we had a one time and only encounter with Tracey and she showed us her true colors my mother had a group of movers move all her items and un-wanted items from the home in San Remo and she stated she doesn't know who my mother is as I see she replies like that to many peoples reviews. She knows exactly who my mother is and remembers the call from yesterday as vivid as we do. We were fined $100.00 for improperly dumping bulk items in the trash not us but our landlord but of course it will come out of our pockets which AGAIN we don't mind paying at all we received the email with pictures that I will attach and decided to give a call to her management team because 1. the items were in the bulk area just not pushed all the way in because as you will see in the picture there were no more room and 2nd because we were still moving and advised her that we can pick up these items and apologize for the miscommunication. We were placed on hold 3 times while talking to a young lady then Tracey I'm guessing was handed the phone because the young lady couldn't answer the questions we were giving. Tracey as I quote got on the line and said " I'm not talking to you about this you know what you signed when you got your lease so I'm not going to talk to you about it its done its over your landlord will pay the fine and you have a great move " and hung up in my moms face my mom was literally in shock she couldn't even say 1 word out of that conversation it was rude and distasteful because not only we were and still ARE tenants so at least give us that courtesy as a human being to be respectful as we were and not only that SHE LIED THE ITEMS AGAIN WERE NOT PICKED UP BY A 3RD PARTY AND IS STILL ON THE PROPERTY AND THEY MOVED THE ITEMS YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE WITH PHOTO ( A ) AND PHOTO ( B) TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE WE JUST DUMPED THE ITEMS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET LIKE ANIMALS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND WE HAVENT EVEN GIVEN OUR KEYS UP YET TRACEY I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT YOU ARE NOT A GOOD PERSON AND DOESNT DESERVE THIS JOB ! Worst experience we have ever had In my entire life. I'm not one to drop names but I feel this must be out there there is a woman by the name of Tracy who works with this company and working with her has been lack of a better word HELL. She not only targeted my elderly mother and father but harassed them even when they were sick with COVID. She worked with a neighbor who was very very very biased against them to constantly threaten and harass my family until she moved. This stemmed from what I know to be bias as the way she spoke with us was very unprofessional and sickening. We had to beg for MONTHS to have someone else work with us in regards to the "violations" we had faced and when we did get someone I can't recall her name the issues were solved in a week when Tracy had drawn them out for months and months. Some being issues that others in the neighborhood were visibly violating aswell but when we had asked them they had not received any notice, one even had NEVER heard a word from them therefore proving our case. We had been attacked for things that the previous president has green lighted and approved when she was running out of things to throw at us. To this day my parents cannot escape her and she continues to harass and attack them for every tiny thing and the company continues to have Tracy on their team. Truly disgusting. When we attended a meeting and attempted to speak to the president of our associates she BLOCKED US and SPOKE over us like a child to silence us, when we simply wished to just speak with him in regards to that amount other things that did not concern her at all. When we were upgrading the driveway she made racist comments and threatened the people who were doing the work for us to the point they refused to work with her. Tracy threatened us with fines and punishment for not having a wide enough driveway but found EVERY possible way to put it off and prevent it from being done on time. The one woman we worked with after Tracy at VIP was amazing but Tracy is the most toxic, disrespectful, racist, rude woman I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, and I hope VIP fires her for their own good as I'm certain she will bring them down with her. Horrible people running this place.Very negligent property management allowing some with Criminal records to go trough the cracks.Rude .selfish and unaccountable for safety.happiness and peace of mind.Allowing criminals I the communities to terrorize other innocent people in this community.They will complain about your roof being dirty while they let people with criminal backgrounds slide trough their application screening thus letting in people with criminal backgrounds while claiming they are not responsible for damages occurred to other peoples psychs.causing lots of emotional distress PSTD and people having to constantly look over their shoulders to protect their safety and piece of mind and property.You gonna have to do something to cure this !Thats all I have to say. read more

Tracey--Sandy K. is not the one with personal issues or skewed thought processes--You have been at that address HOWEVER the address was not the issue--The issue is Tracey would not sign for that registered letter sent even though by LAW being the registered agent for Aragon you are required to have an address where legal items could be sent . So the address was not the issue--it was Tracey not following the law and signing for that registered document.--Tracy needs to learn the difference between a corporation Principle and a Divine Principle--THERE IS A GREAT DIFFERENCE. read more

Our experience with Tracy at VIP Property Management was shocking. Instead of showing professionalism or respect, she immediately became rude and impatient during a simple phone call. She called us "stupid" and actually ended the conversation by saying "fuck you." This type of language and behavior is abusive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable from someone representing a homeowners' association.
