When they had to recast his foot today, the staff paid attention to that small detail and put a heart on the new cast for me. That meant more to me than they probably realize. He has dog poo all over him and smelled terrible. I gave him a bath. Then when he went poo there was blood in his stool, like he'd need holding it for days. He peed like a gallon, again been holding it in. Then later that day he tried but couldn't go poo, he was clogged up because he didn't get enough water.
