I ask the barber (Jordan-he was recommended), showed him a picture of the hair style I wanted (clean the sides, little trim on top) and he said, "oK." Never the less, my long hair I've been growing out for over a year, was chopped off and he gave me a military cut instead! Obviously, he didn't listen and I was still charged full price! Oy Vey...! :-(

Ms. Katherine is THE BEST for a quick men's haircut! Quick does not mean low quality here. I have…read moretaken my son to her for a skin fade just about every month for the past couple of years. She helped to rectify a botched job from a previous barber at a franchise down the street. She even gave me a complimentary trim when she noticed I needed one. I'm happy that she'll be retiring after doing this for 40+ years. She deserves some R&R, but I'm so bummed to be back on the hunt for a good barber who doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I want to stay local (within a 15 minute drive) and really need the convenience of walking in. Ms. Katherine satisfied both of these wants/needs. If you need a good cut with clippers before that holiday party, get it from her before she closes up shop for good this month.

This shop was truly an elevated experience compared to some smaller barbershops I've been to. The…read moreservice was on point from the moment I checked in til when I left. This was my first time here, and as a guy getting barber service, you want a barber that will take his time, make sure you walk out feeling like a king. My barber Thomas was just the right guy to take the time of the styling assessment to shave style to finishing product. Walking in the shop just smelled good, their main row of chairs was clean and the decor was modern rustic. You get greeted, they check you in, and they have a lounge as well to wait out your service. I worked with Thomas, and he had a very warm welcome and made sure to take the process of the style, cut, shape, and finishing product that was exactly what you were expecting. This experience did not disappoint. I truly appreciated his chat along throughout the experience, so it was fun and chill. I selected a skin fade with a hard part. The beard was close-knit mustache separated from the beard, which was don't chinstrap style. During the beard trim, I enjoyed the warm towel as well. It was such a chill vibe the whole time. I was informed of their 5 week shape up guarantee. This earned a very highly rated experience and look forward to my next visit.

(Not a pleasant atmosphere for me and my Hispanic partner) Also the barbers didn't know what a Drop Fade is... that should of been another sign to find another place. I even had a photo of the fade pulled up and this is what I got. My fade isn't even nor is it close to what I asked for. To top it off their equipment is very old and not taken care of, my hair kept getting pulled and I kept getting stabbed with the clippers. So if you have tough skin and don't mind terrible service this is the place for you.

Looking for more of a hometown barbershop rather than the chain store experience that I am quite…read moretired of. Saw this business listed as one of the former so I ventured out to check it out. I knew it was possible for me to have a bad experience as I had not been there before but was looking for a new positive one. Well those hopes were dashed as soon as I pulled up. A sign posted clearly read "Attention: No Walk Ins Allowed." A handwritten sign on the door said "We are open by appointment only." Needless to say when you have posted business hours and a customer arrives during those hours and the shop was indeed closed it hurts your business. My message to the proprietor of this business is "I suppose you don't want any money." If zero was a rating I would give it. Good job on the 1 star rating though. You didn't have to do anything to get it.
