Bad service I never had, I understand that i didn't make appointment, I just walk in , if no one available that time can come back another time, one lady come to talk to me like I feel ask for free haircut and bad attitude, than her back to talk with another 3 coworkers, than they decide yes ,, to cut my hair. I'm not one to ruins someone's career over one instance but this is the most careless cut I've ever received. I asked for a simple fade with the grain since I have waves. I had so many patches in my hair after the cut it was ridiculous! I let her know it was for a family photo shoot and she happily sent me on my way after the cut knowing this was some of her worst work.
