Never got an invoice or a return call. Nothing. I was polite and business like every time I called. As a CPA myself, I would never treat a potential client like this, especially one that agreed to my price and delivery terms. No idea what the problem was. I wouldn't perform the work as I have never done a QDRO before. Very disappointed with a total and complete lack of professionalism as well as courtesy on his part. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM.

One of the other two that I called answered the phone and quickly said "I know where youre going with this - No. I don't do sponsorships," followed by 15 seconds of sudden silence. I'm like dang, is this how this business is, thanked him for his time and for taking my call. The other PI service never picked up. I called Santos but I did not leave a message. Then about 10 minutes later, my phone rang. Caller ID said Santos Investigations. He was so helpful, kind, and thorough. I didn't even have to grab pen and paper. He broke things down so beautifully, down to keywords to try, educational requirements, how to submit my application to the state, and what a PI day can look like and SO MUCH MORE! I was wowed. Not a lot of folks in the world these days choose to be helpful, just offering plain old common human courtesy. Felt like I've known him for years with one phone call.

Johnathon stuck with me from beginning to end and made sure he did all that he could do for me, and what a great job he did! Jordan is great, and he had my back as if I was a brother of his. Like I said, made me feel like family the entire time. I was faced with many obstacles and he stayed on top of every single one and every aspect. He made sure that I was not going to be taken advantage of, mistreated, de famed, or lose. When I was worried, he stept up not only in my defense but also emotionally. Jordan is not only the best lawyer, but also a great man in general. He was so helpful to me, that it even brought me to tears how thankful I was to have him on my team. I never had to go through any process needing a lawyer before, and never knew I would. But I will say this.....the only firm I will ever use is Kibbey Wagner. The whole team is professional, kind, and just great. Because of Jordan and Kibbey Wagner, I have been reunited with my kids. If you are looking to be understood, respected, treated like family, made a priority, to have the best team of Lawyers by your side. Then Kibbey Wagner should be your only go to. I thank them truly from the bottom of my heart for all they have done for me. Such great people, and they get the results. Thank you Kibbey Wagner!
