Bates Roofing found that the roof needed a complete and costly replacement. The problem was that our insurance company was pushing back. Bates Roofing suggested that I contact a Public Adjuster to evaluate the roof and deal with the insurance company on our behalf. We contacted the Ocean Point Claims Public Adjuster, Eli Goins, and he attributed to damage from Hurricane Irma of September 2017. He made a case and presented it to our insurance company. The end result was we received a brand new $65,000 tile roof of our choosing and paid $0 out-of-pocket, as we had already paid the deductible in 2017 for the damage to our fence. Mr Goins is a fighter for you and loves to win! He would not stop until he won this claim for us. We did not do anything, except to hire him to represent us. We just stood out of the way and he took care of everything. If he did not win, we would pay him nothing. I highly recommend him and his company and will use him again if the need ever arises.
