Santos Investigations was the only one who explained the process to me even though he was filled to to maximum sponsorship capacity he could take on, and spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with me, providing insights. One of the other two that I called answered the phone and quickly said "I know where youre going with this - No. I don't do sponsorships," followed by 15 seconds of sudden silence. I'm like dang, is this how this business is, thanked him for his time and for taking my call. The other PI service never picked up. I called Santos but I did not leave a message. Then about 10 minutes later, my phone rang. Caller ID said Santos Investigations. He was so helpful, kind, and thorough. I didn't even have to grab pen and paper. He broke things down so beautifully, down to keywords to try, educational requirements, how to submit my application to the state, and what a PI day can look like and SO MUCH MORE! I was wowed. Not a lot of folks in the world these days choose to be helpful, just offering plain old common human courtesy. Felt like I've known him for years with one phone call.
