However, as the product is apparently no longer available (I was not notified) here is a new statement. I did receive a full refund, the long way around the refund process. All is well. Within a month the flooring is falling apart and separating. They are creating tripping hazards for me, my husband and our family. We submitted a warranty claim that went absolutely nowhere. Floor & Decor had an expert come (that we had to pay for) just to tell us it was the person that installed the floors that caused the damage. This is absolutely not the case, my husband tested the extra planks and saw that the planks are breaking off with the barest of touches. Floor & Decor is doing absolutely NOTHING about this and refuses to acknowledge our warranty. Whenever we try to pursue this, they claim our case has been closed. Save your money and go literally anywhere else but here!!!

Now, the staff was very friendly but, amazingly, they didn't have all the inventory that other Bob's have. It was limited and didn't have what I was shopping for, even though it's a pretty popular piece. Although the staff was willing to help me order it online, I left. I really wanted to see the couch so I could sit on it. The salesman said he would call me in 45 minutes with information where to find the closest Bob's that had the product in store (He then wanted me to call him after I saw it to place the order with him), but I never received a call. He dropped the ball on it. No follow through. Oh well, there are better Bob's out there (see my other reviews)

At that point reminded her that I was paying for these charms. I might understand her frustration if there were several customers in the store and I would have been the 1st to apologize but, my daughter and I were the only one's in the store at that time and even with that, that is no way to treat or speak to a paying customer.
