The schweinshaxe is probably my favorite thing to get here. Also known as a German Pork Knuckle. It reminds me of the Chinese version of roast pork because of the crispy skin. You'd have to purchase the entire pork knuckle at a lot of restaurants, which is a really too much for just two people. But I like that you can just pick the amount you want here. I usually get just a slab. During dinner hours, this is one of their most popular items. As much as I love leberkase tho, after multiple tries, I haven't had much luck with that here.
