My wife had been dealing with Andrew and Jordan online with asking questions and getting the financing taken care of before going. We knew the process would take some time so anything that could be accomplished before going would be helpful. Once we arrived, we met Andrew and Jordan who got us started with Duane in the camp store and then Rick who did the walk around of our new to us Coachman Clipper 108st. The guys in the service department did the walk around and then set up the pop-up with anti sway bars. After purchasing some new gear for the trailer, we finished our financing and we were off. The employees at Veurinks were incredibly nice and I would drive the three hours again to purchase from them. Definitely worth the drive.

Found out from a repair guy that they are a bunch of lieers and crooks there. I will never go back to buy an rv there. They used to be a good place when the dad ran it, but now they suck!

A few other problems came up about took the trailer back to them on December 7 of 2024 and haven't seen my trailer since. Today is May 20, 2025. If I sneak in a call I get that beating around the bush feel. They made me feel like the interior panels wouldn't be covered under warranty delaminating, but the manufacturer assured me it was. No responses to emails now. I am in negotiations with lightning trailers to fix some of the problems and they won't even call them back. They backed into my trailer and damaged a few more panels. I asked for pictures about a month ago and they won't send me pictures of the damage. I live over 2 1/2 hours away so I can't just drop in. michael's Customer service is horrible and warranty. Today I went back in for some caulking material and to browse their used parts inventory. Ed, the professional and helpful salesperson, came out to greet me personally. He looked at me and asked my last name. I told him, and he said, "you forgot an item here last time." They held a $6 weatherstrip for me behind the counter for a month in a box labeled with my name on it that I had forgotten during my previous visit. A friend of mine suggested I contact Extreme. I am glad I did. As they were able to see my vision and produce a proof that I liked on the first try. There was a minor change that had to be made but they made the change and got back to me very quickly. When I picked up the Jeep from getting the wrap I was in awe. I overlooked some very subtle flaws which one of my friends pointed out. I contacted Jeff regarding these flaws and he got my Jeep back in and corrected the flaws very quickly no questions asked. I disagreed as the chip is not in my line of sight sitting low just above the dash. The representative then insisted it be a full replacement and that 'any state trooper that stops you would insist on a replacement as it is the law and you would be ticketed."
