My husband designed a 3-piece wall hanging for our soon-to-be born son. We received a…read morerecommendation to use Capital Imaging to print the job. They were friendly and the turnaround was extremely fast. With great excitement, we picked up the work and took it home, preparing to hang it. Before we were able to get it on the wall, we discovered an error in one of the three pieces. This error was ours...entirely our mistake. But when we contacted Capital Imaging about reprinting that piece with the error fixed, they gave us a great break on the reprint, even though the reprint was to fix our error. Amazing! The piece looks great on our nursery wall. I absolutely recommend Capital Imaging for all your printing needs, great or small. It's fun being able to support a local business, their work is excellent, and they know how to do business well.

The cheapest at Kinko's/Fed Ex was $20 and 5-7 business days and I had to email them a pdf with fonts and size so I didn't have to pay for a $30 set-up fee! I finally found this small building on a one way street and went in. They were professional and knew exactly what I needed, gave me an estimate ($5.65) and said I could pick it up the next day! They also emailed me a proof. What else could you ask for? Great people, great price and fast.

Very casual and go with the flow and will work WITH you. The owner, Mike, addresses me by name year after year, which is just something you don t think would mean a lot, but it does. We had a late rush order one year with booklets and he came in on a Saturday morning to put them together stapling by hand to help get it done in time for us. Truly great work too. Love them. Will ALWAYS be back!

IF they actually make it in-house it will be made with out-dated, barely functioning printers and worn equipment; but most likely they will just outsource it and price hike it unfairly and too high! There are much better choices out there, online and locally, that will be much more knowledgeable and skilled at printing and designing your project. The people in charge of this place definitely do not support local, they treat their customers slightly better than their employees and that's not saying much, and they have zero knowledge of Fine Art. The motto here is "Quality Printing and Design," take that with a grain of salt! There is no quality control here! Go somewhere with people who understand and appreciate art, artists, and most importantly, their community! This is a VERY poorly managed "print shop". BUYER BEWARE!!
