I entrusted over 65 pieces to this company. Unfortunately, they turned out to be a fraudulent organization that takes advantage of others. My items were in their possession for more than 6 months. These items included brand new Coach accessories, clothing, and a pair of Louboutin heels that were listed by them at around $280. At one point, my account showed a payout of $198, but it gradually decreased. When I finally received my payout, it was only $180. Keep in mind, this was from over 65 items, and they continue to add small amounts to my payout account. They are deceitful about the length of time they hold onto items and the actual payouts. They cannot be trusted and do not accurately track the sales of your items, especially if you provide them with a large quantity. They also refuse to provide details on the sales of the items. I feel completely cheated and scammed by this dreadful company. They take advantage of local individuals and should not be trusted with brand new or bulk donations as they will steal from you shamelessly. read more

I have been shopping and consigning at this store for 4 years. They have wonderful items for sale that are always in great condition and at great prices. The staff is fantastic! They are friendly and provide superior service. I have always felt the prices I received for my consigned items was fair. I'm very surprised at the previous review. You take a chance when you consign your clothes. Sometimes I received more than expected, sometimes less, but always fair. That is the nature of the business. Prada, Lil, Free People, J. Crew, Melissa, Yves Saint Laurent, Madewell, Anthropologie...clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry...it's endless!!! You get delirious in this store...so many brands, so well organized, super clean...the prices are amazing!!! So why the one star review?? Simply the staff. I was out shopping with my two little boys, 8 and 6 years old. They were behaving....and I was having really good luck finding my size left and right in dresses, shirts, shoes, it was 75% off plus an extra 25%...I was on a roll!! And then my 8yr old says he has to go #2....noooooooo! I tell him to try and hold it a bit, and he says "Mommy i gotta go now!" (We are on vacay, 15 miles away from our cabin, not exactly around the corner) I ask a worker if we can use the restroom, she gives my boys permission, and I make them go together. I continue to shop and my boys are taking quite a bit of time. The same worker comes and tells me the boys are taking a long time, she looks perturbed. I say "I'm so sorry, he really had to go!!" After speaking to me, she goes and knocks on the restroom door and says "you boys need to hurry, someone else needs to use it". My kids don't answer back, they are really shy. I go and whisper through the door to please hurry, that someone has to use it next. My 6yr old now tells me he has to go #2 next! I tell him to go quickly. I start to get nervous, I can tell worker#1 is bothered. I tell her I will go ahead and start trying on the clothing she is holding for me, I can't stand shopping any longer, I feel anxious. When I exit the dressing room, my boys are both looking down nervously and I ask is everything ok? They look sheepishly at me and when they start to answer I hear a loud "Oh my G@D!!! they clogged the toilet with tons of paper!!" I walked over to the bathroom and a second worker closes the door behind her and locks it, I ask to please be let in so that I can help clean or fix the problem. I am a little embarrassed, my boys are obviously embarrassed. She walks to the back, where another woman (worker#3) is and tells her the problem, I am getting annoyed at this point. The third worker yells at me from the back of the store "Ma'am, why didn't you go to the restroom with your boys?!" I answer back "they are 8 and 6, they don't need my assistance". I turn an whisper to my 8 yr old why didn't he say something, he simply said "the toilet wouldn't flush mommy". (In hindsight, my boys DID need assistance, but how was i supposed to know the toilet didn't work properly?) Worker#2 stomps back to the bathroom and i follow her and ask her to let me clean it, I tell her "I dont want y'all talking about me when I leave, just let me clean out the paper from the toilet, i don't mind cleaning after my kids". Worker#2 starts to push me out of the restroom, she physically pushes me, not rough, but not sweetly either, and I think to myself is she really pushing me, this is crazy. I tell her "Look my kids had to take a dump, okay?! and your co-worker was knocking on the door making them nervous, they were too embarrassed to ask for help, your toilet doesn't flush. Now let me clean up after them, you have really embarrassed me!" I think she could tell, maybe, that i was upset, she told me she had worked at a bar and had cleaned up much worse restrooms. I gave up and walked out saying "y'all are the fussiest bunch of ladies i have ever encountered!!!" I should have added OLD in there, because there was a sweet, very young girl working there (worker#4) who saw the whole thing unfold and she quietly apologized on their behalf. I quietly made my purchases, while worker#4 nervously rung me up, the poor thing was so frazzled she kept messing up....you didn't think i would walk out without buying anything?!! Hahaha it wasn't the clothings fault, and I would have only punished myself further. Anyway, if you are IN from OUT of town and have to potty, DON'T ASK TO USE THE BATHROOM!!! I only had less than an hour to shop so I could only look at a couple racks, but nearly everything I saw I liked. It all comes down to customer service. I came in 5 minutes before they closed (5pm on a Saturday, which is annoying to begin with). Someone yelled, "can you lock the door and tell everyone we close at 5?!" There's quite a bit of people still shopping. I get it, though, let the current people finish up and just don't let anyone else in, like they do at the mall. No, they continue to bombard us that we need to leave. One lady said something about having to work a bunch of days in a row. Finally I had enough and just dumped my clothes on her and left. If it's that important for you to get people out, you can lose my sale. I'm here as a local supporter of a local store- I don't NEED your products. Just drove into town to drop off clothing after already calling in to make sure of what they were taking during summer consignment. 20 minutes. Apparently it is a problem if one does not have an account after it was dropped by the business. They must make a new one with attitude. Second, they want to make sure your clothes are ok to donate After only 60 days, in which they donate automatically after the short time. More time is allowed with other consignment stores and you are allowed to pick them back up. I noticed there were other rewiews of them not being welcoming nor friendly. Can only say it couldn't be more true. I knew there was a reason I quit going there. I will not shop there and I hope no one else will either. read more

As an Upscale consignment boutique it is a great find in Marble Falls. The inventory turns quickly, so just dropping in a couple of times a week could result in a find that you will otherwise miss. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the original clerk could careless in helping me; she seemed preoccupied. I have been into this consignment place many times to purchase items. The reason that I like this place is that they have 3 price scales. The day that items goes out on the floor the item is given a price. The price tag is then plainly given 2 other prices for 2 other dates. If the item has not sold by that last date, you get it for that price which is normally 1/2 off the original marked price. Like mentioned earlier, I frequent this place often. The store had a new clerk working today and I was once again on a mission. I had a skirt with me to find a nice, dressy, upscale shirt for. When I walk in I immediately spoke to the original clerk that I spoke to the week before when I was on the same mission. She did not seem too interested, come to find out she was on her way out to get munchies. But, the other clerk started to watch exactly what I was interested in. I found a nice shirt, but one that I was not really excited about and I was not going to write home to mom about. She asked me if I was stuck on wearing the skirt and I wasn't, just that the time was running out and I need to find something and I need to find it NOW. She started on her mission. She was perfect and found me a dress. Although she was young she knew exactly what she was doing. I found some cute shoes to go with the dress, but she was against them although it meant a sale. I thought that was great of her to do.
