The 5 year Rye Whiskey, Sophie's Gin, Rene Rye-Magnac, and Josephine Eau-De-Vie are all regular items. Most recently, I tried the Gin. It's the most Gin & tonic Gin I can imagine. I bought tickets for me and my parents as a Christmas gift to do a distillery tour and tasting. We had a fantastic time with Karen as our guide, learning about how the spirits are made, getting a behind the scenes tour of the facility and then ending up in the beautiful tasting room where we got to try a variety of spirits. They also have a humidor and an impressive selection of cigars. Check out their cigar tasting and cigar club if you want to learn more or hang out with other cigar smokers. What a cool place! I look forward to supporting them in the future and getting some locally made spirits!

We learned a lot of really fun facts about the entire process! The barrel room was very cool and I loved the homage to Sasquatch. We were able to try multiple spirits and really loved the bourbons. Ended up getting a bottle of the coffee liquor and can't wait to see what comes out of this distillery in the next few years!
