Teresa was my nail tech and seemed very put out that I sheduled for a soak off and refused to have her pop off my nails with a nail tip. I have over 10 years in the professional beauty industry and i've been getting my nails done for the last 20 years. The fact that a nail salon still tried to remove acrylics with nail tips is barbaric and against everything they teach us in beauty school. This may seem like a silly side note. But I was only offered one selection for nail colors, while other clients around me received multiple. Throughout my appointment, I was very unpleased with shaping and her filing into my fingertips instead of the actual nail. I asked for a pointed almond and gave a reference photo. But started off with rounded tips. After multiple times of asking for almond pointed, I showed her the reference photo again, and she attempted to fix the nail shape. It was better than the round but I was still upset that I spent two hours and $120 for my services for my nails to not come out as they should have.(i feel I should also mention that they charge for new files and buffers as that fee is not included in the services themselves and I was not made aware of this prior to my appointment). I called and spoke with Stephen on April 17th expressing that I was displeased with how my nails came out since they are uneven, pointing downward, off center, ect. After going around in circles with stephen about either coming in to have a correction or a discount on my upcoming fill. I asked what can be done, needless to say, he had zero solutions since days and times over the next five days did not coordinate with my schedule for work and their client bookings. I expressed my frustration and simply asked how he maintains unsatisfied clientele and why a discount could not be given for the next fill. Being in a similar industry, if a client is upset with my work I always offer to correct or offer a discount at their next service. (Oftentimes, my clients will end up paying the full amount as their tip included.) He did not like this response and let me know "that's not how we run a business here". After asking to speak with mimi, the owner, he refused to give any days that she would be available. Instead, he would give mimi an update as to our conversation. I asked if he needed any additional information for her to call me. Stephen rudely stated that Mimi would absolutely not be calling me and that I "would never be getting a call back." Considering I asked for no specialty designs, this should not have been a difficult set and an easy fix. I never insinuated that I wanted a free service, I simply asked for either a correction over the next couple of days or to have some sort of discount on and upcoming appointment. As you can see, my shape was not sufficient to the photo I provided as a reference, and his reoccurring statement that "I should have stayed and had her correct the nails that same day." I don't know about the rest of you, but after 2 hours of sitting and having an unsatisfactory service, the last thing I want to do is stay in salon for an additional hour to have things corrected multiple times after stating multiple times throughout the service that I was unhappy. Needless to say, I will more than likely be looking for a new nail tech after this encounter which is unfortunate. Because from what I've heard, Mimi does excellent nails, especially designs. Stephen should not be dealing with clients in my professional opinion. And Theresa could use more practice before charging full price.

I have had these treatments done since I was in my early 20s I am now in my 50s. First let's talk about the Botox. I asked to have my forehead, frown and eyebrows treated. If you know anything about Botox you know that for your frown and forehead the practitioner will use anywhere between 40 and 60 units. The practitioner here used a total of 29 units for all 3 areas. I didn't question it. Two weeks post treatment, I had all my movements. No changes whatsoever. I called and was given another appointment for a touch up. I went in for that and I received 13units. Two weeks post treatment still no changes. I had all my movements. I called again and let them know. They wanted to schedule me for a third appointment. I went ahead and booked. Ok let's move on to the fillers. I had my lips, marionette lines and cheeks all treated during my initial appointment. She used 2 syringes of Versa for a total of 2.4 ml. My lips are uneven. The upper lip is so much fuller than my lower lip and the right side of my upper lip is fuller than my left side. No changes whatsoever in my marionette lines. I ended up spending a little under $2000 for my initial visit and $169 for my Botox touch up. I still had my third appointment booked. I mentioned my experience to a coworker who has also had treatments done. Not by this facility. She advised me not to come to this place because they were known for doing this. Always bare minimum to keep you coming back and paying. I canceled all my appointments and decided to go see a plastic surgeon who not only did an excellent job but also charged $3 less a units of Botox.

Botched! They…read morebotched my lips and created basically sacs of filler that was sitting in superficial layers of my skin instead of underneath. They f-Ed my confidence, self esteem, etc.... They are not educated or skilled enough to do filler at all. Please do not get filler here. If they claim that I haven't been here before I will post pictures of my appointment reminders, emails, etc... they basically told me with asymmetrical lips with a ball sac that "it is as good as it gets" insinuating that there was no solution of the problem. I went to a different clinic and they were able to fix it right away. If you see this I want my money back. It was so painful as they knew they f-Ed my lips and tried to "massage" it with more strength I've ever seen out of a 50-60 year old woman. That basically pushed all the filler out of my lips into some terrible puffy migration. They also either could not decipher who I was? And kept talking about stuff they did to my lips that were not done? So I don't know if they are just writing random stuff in the patient records or what. I wouldn't come here to get a hair cut. Let alone let them touch anywhere on your face or anything close to being considered "aesthetic medicine." AGAIN THEY ARE NOT EDUCATED and CLEARLY NOT TRAINED ENOUGH TO DO ANY INJECTING THEY CLAIM TO DO. If I could flame them for medical malpractice I would. Spent $675 with no offer of compensation. So basically drop a month's worth of rent for some physical and psychological pain.
