Unlike other workers we've dealt with, he arrived when he said he would and completed the job within the timeframe he initially estimated. Maurice was the only contractor who was very responsive and came by to give us an estimate. His pricing was very competitive but his customer service was incredible. Maurice and his crew went above and beyond to complete the roofing in one day on our 2,400 sq foot home and worked on a Sunday to complete the chimney leak issue to avoid further damage to our interior wall. Maurice contacted us prior to each visit, explained his work thoroughly, and took such pride and passion in his work. We will refer his company to everyone and we will be using him for all of our homes needs/repairs, from decking, painting, renovations, etc. He is the company you can trust and feel confident that he will go above and beyond to make everything be perfect. Thank you, Maurice and Team!!!

He listens to what you want to do and if something may not work, he gives his insight and his experience. We had saved for 3 years for our two bathroom renovations and Ray worked closely within our budget. What is great about All Trades is that you can go to their showroom and pick out everything right there. Its all at your finger tips. When it came time for the renovations, the contractors were all terrific....I felt very comfortable with everyone and that is how it should be when they are in your home every day for (in our case) a few months. When they arrive, they lay plastic on the floors, they clean up after themselves (vacuum, etc). When the job was complete, I had a few items that needed to be addressed. Ray/Andrea immediately send Luis over to fix what was on the list. The end result, AWESOME. my children's bathroom is perfect. Our master bath is like a fine boutique hotel's bathroom and that is exactly what I wanted. When I second guessed myself (after the cabinet order had been processed), Ray assured me that it was going to look great and sure enough, it did. We are taking a break for the holidays but after the New Year, we intend to have them back to complete some more jobs we have. All Trades is just fabulous!!!!

Yesterday my husband got a call from their office and said their repairman was having problems on his job (red flag!), and could they reschedule for today at 11 am. My husband said yes. 11:00 has come and gone, it's almost 2 hours later, no one has shown up and no one from their office has called to explain why their man never showed up. POORLY RUN COMPANY. UNRELIABLE. STAY AWAY.

We just needed 2x4s and 2x3s, but we had a huge list of things we needed pricing on as well (pressure treated lumber for our deck, crown molding, and all sorts of fun). The guy at the sales counter was very helpful in getting us the pricing we needed and pointing out where to pull the lumber that we needed from the yard. Out on the yard, someone was nice enough to help us pull and load our lumber and recommend the best driving path to get to the other side of the lumberyard (it's a bit muddy and icy this time of year!). A quick stop for the hubs to explore MDF (ooo...exciting! :-p) and then we were back to the sales desk to pay. We'll definitely be placing our big order with them to take advantage of their delivery service! Prices were within a few percent of the big box stores...our lumber was actually cheaper than HD & Lowe's.
