Hard to get an appt. Must download the app. Worth it. Luca listens and gave a pristine cut. Will absolutely try and book again. Wonderful fade. Excellent. read more

Truth be told, I don't go here but my adult children and husband do and Brandon cuts hair like no other! A nice, fresh, detailed cut is well worth the cost. One of my sons loves to splurge on the face shave. So clean, so fresh. They're always handsome in my eyes but gosh - after Brandon gets a hold of these guys, they look amazing! He's been a good role model for those teen years, too. If he'd cut my hair, I'd sit in his chair, too! LOL read more

I have not experienced such an incredible haircut in years. I went in with a specific haircut. Brandon not only listened, but nailed it! Hooked me up with the perfect fade and clean cut. Beard trim was perfect. I will be highly recommending people to be getting their haircut with either barbers. read more

Great barber but 0 consideration. I called 30 minutes ahead to let him know there was an accident on the highway and I was forced to be 15 minutes late. He was not willing to wait for me and told me we was canceling my appointment. Next day on the booksy app it showed up as a no show. Unprofessional! read more

After bouncing from shop to shop over the last 6 months in search of a new barber and getting acceptable but not great haircuts and shaves, I took a chance at the Vintage Barber Shop and scheduled with Luca. Within a couple of minutes of describing how I'd like my hair and goatee he went to work to correct all the mistakes of the last 6 months...... The outcome was this.... PERFECTION..... Great Haircut, Reshaped Goatee, Relaxing Hot Shave and a new barber / client relationship that will keep me looking and feeling like a million dollars... (at least every three weeks after my cuts) They have three chairs working at this shop with experienced barbers and take walk-ins but I think they'd prefer appointments. I'd say give them a shot if you're looking for a new spot or a refreshed look..... read more

Brandon is a great barber. He is extremely personable and gives a great cut. He went above and beyond to give my son what he wanted. While it wasn't exact (he specializes to short/medium cuts), it was about as close as you could get. My son was very happy and will return. read more

Brandon cut my boyfriends hair and trimmed his beard and he loved it! You can really see the attention to detail Brandon has if you see him at work on someone's hair. Booking is done through Booksy which is convenient but they accept cash only as payment so don't forget to bring enough. read more

Just came here with Luca for the first time and I was glad I did. Great atmosphere, conversation and quality/affordable cut. Being Michigan Wolverines fans is the cherry on top. Very pleased with their quality work and I will be back soon. Thanks, Luca read more

Finally, someone who can cut hair! Luca was fantastic. Friendly and thorough with a cut that still looks good as it grows out. Why go to one of those mass factory-like hair butchers when you can get a Great cut from a true pro? Pricing is extremely reasonable. Book in advance online and you're good to go. I can't say enough good things about these two guys in this shop. read more

I had some time to kill before a flight out of PVD, so I thought I'd see if there was a good place to get a haircut in the area. Turns out there was an awesome place! $14 for a haircut is a pretty reasonable price here in the US, and a nice guy that owns the shop as well. So humble, too, telling me he never even asks for reviews on Yelp and was amazed at all the support. Had a nice conversation and a nice haircut. My only gripe was that there's no shampooing at the end, so I got to the airport covered in small hairs. I wish they would have cleaned me up a bit more before sending me on my way. Not a huge deal, I'll be back again next time I'm in the same scenario. read more

I am extremely pleased to update my review of the outstanding Vintage Barber Shop. I received an excellent haircut from Brandon. He gave me a 1 1/2 on the sides and back trimming up the top and finishing off with a superb razor cut. All the while I had a great conversation with Brandon who is a US Army veteran of Iraq - thank you for your service, Brandon! - and we discussed everything from outdoors activity like camping and hiking to politics - neither of us happy with any of the candidates. Thanks for a great cut, Brandon! Vintage accepts walk-ins but because they're that good and very popular I suggest making an appointment. For your next haircut, give Vintage a shot. You will not be disappointed! read more

I'm 38, have had a beard since 14yo, and always shaved my own head. Let my hair grow for covid and decided to get a nice cut on both. I am beyond happy with the cut from Brandon at the Vintage Barber. I have never looked this good. I actually have cheeks lol. These guys are awesome, super friendly and very professional. If you go anywhere else you are doing yourself a disservice. Check em out. read more

Pick this place for my boyfriend to take his father to to get a shave and a haircut. His father's very old school and loves this place. First time in a long time that he hasn't fought people about getting a shave or haircut. It's a great place if this guy loves to go! read more

Today was my first time at Vintage Barbershop! Loved it from the second I walked in the Shop! Friendly, prompt service and attentive to your request. Andrew did a great job on my hair (what's left). I've been looking for a new barber shop since the summer. Saw this place had a decent Google rating so I went down. Nice, clean, modern shop with flat screen TVs at all the stations. Peter is a nice guy and knows his hair. He hooked me up with a great cut and the hot towel/straight razor finish on the neck and sides for a great price. I'll be going here from now on. read more

I recently found this place after searching for a new barber. Booking is done online through Booksy, easy and convenient. Parking is plenty as there is parking in the back of the building. After searching around to find an actual barber shop to go to I found this one on Yelp. It had such great ratings and I had such high expectations. I always seem to have issues when telling the hairstylist to not cut too short. I have multiple cowlicks that are hard to manage when my hair is short. So this being my first time today going to this establishment I had high hopes. I had an 11 a.m. appointment. and I was seeing right at 11. But the person who cut my hair who was Spanish did not seem to listen to me very well. My hair was about 5 in Long all around top and sides. I asked him to just clean it up a little bit and take no more than an inch off. as he was going on I kept telling him it's short enough. He said my hair was thick he was thinning it out a little bit. Now my hair is only possibly a half inch long. I have never been so disappointed in a haircut. I need to find a good Barber who listens to how I want my haircut. My fiance hates it! Now I have to wear a hat for the next 3 months. read more

I highly recommend Vintage Barber Shop. Very affordable by today's standards. Luca cut my hair and did a phenomenal job. So much attention is paid to detail. They are extremely thorough from beginning to end. They go the extra mile for you. I haven't been this pleased with a haircut in years. My fiancé loved it and commented, saying it was the best haircut by far. Vintage Barber Shop just landed themselves another customer for life. ***** Star all the way. read more

I had let my hair get a little out of hand so I did some research and discovered Vintage Barbers. Even though was Tuesday around the lunch hour they had a few customers waiting to be seen. I got in line. Not that long after I was in a chair asking how'd I comb my hair and how short/long would I like it. They were very polite and courteous. Great barbers with good personalities who love talking sports, local politics, ect... keeping everything "light". It was a good atmosphere. The cut went well. There was a lot of attention to details and many questions still being asked of how I styled my hair. In the end it came out better than I expected, I was more than please and when the bill came my smile grew wider. This is a place that you don't forget to tip. The guys are working hard and are great at their craft. Loosen up a little bit and take care of these guys if your happy with their work. I was and I'm looking forward to seeing them again. Great Job ! read more

What an amazing cut. $14 and walk ins welcome. Good conversation, but not overwhelming. The owner, who cut my hair, is fantastic. He took his time, all of my suggestions and helped me piece the haircut I wanted step by step. The hot towel and straight razor combo was icing on the cake. I will definitely come back when I'm back up in Rhode Island and this is easily the best shop in the state. read more

I have just moved to RI and was looking for a new barbershop. I try to avoid places like supercuts/superclips at all costs. I scheduled an appointment here with Brandon who was awesome and friendly. Very attentive to detail and a good guy all around. 5 stars read more

I have been looking for a good Barber for a while. Not a fan of the Atomic Salon's around. Place is very clean, flatscreens at every station. Pete is a super nice guy and takes pride in his work. Great place to get a classic cut finished with a straight razor. I personal use Brandon for my cut, always a great cut, and an awesome conversationalist. Perfectionist doesn't do him justice. But even if you don't get him you'll get a great cut from this place read more

Recently went to this new barber shop. I know we all have our usual place, you might never go somewhere besides your barber out of respect. Though if you want a place that is very clean, upscale, fast, presentable, and over all great haircut you need to try it here! I was very pleased with my visit, the haircut is only $14 what a deal! I've been to tons of places around Rhode Island, but this new barber shop. I guarantee you try it, it will be one of the top places. read more

I chose to go to Vintage off of the Yelp reviews, and I'm glad I did. I was in dire need of a haircut and needed a place that wasn't too expensive and could accept walk in's. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner who was very nice and I was immedialty in a chair getting my haircut. I explained what I wanted and he knew exactly where I was going with it, did an excellent job and the haircut was only $14 - not bad for an area that seems to charge $20+ for men's haircuts. I left feeling that I hadn't just found a good barber, but a good friend. If you're looking for something new, definitely check this guy out. read more

Great job, meticulously cut. Felt like a client and not a number like you might in chain hair salons. In an especially big fan of the hot towel and razor finish. Highly recommended. read more

The barbers there are extremely talented! Extremely hilarious when they start to have those cliche barbershop conversations! Down to earth people who love what they do. The younger, strapping, well talented lad in the back is a natural. Only could the owner provide competition with giving such a good haircut. Seriously, these guys are pros! The owner, is a bit of a Tom Brady fan... However, I'll agree with whatever he says for that hot towel finish. I melt every time he puts that hot towel to my ears and neck... oh man! I know what you're thinking... but sorry ladies, he's married. The banter and topics are to die for though! Seriously, these barbers up hold the barbershop code that had our grandfather's looking forward to that one haircut every month. However, at their prices, YOU CAN AFFORD TO GO EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS! The new chic barber has some skills too! They were talking about how pics of some of her designs that she did with haircuts were published by a local barber association! How awesome is that! She's nice at traditional haircuts as well. I can attest to that. You can't go wrong here! I promise you that. read more

Both barbers do a great job and are very professional, walked in one day about a year ago and have been coming back ever since.

What a top notch 'old school' barber shop! I found this place with fantastic reviews so I had to try it. Wow! They do it 100% right here let me tell you. Brandon is awesome as well as the other fantastic barbers here. Talent, skill and a great place to be at for all your barber needs. Book your next appt with them. read more

Quick, professional haircut. I walked in with no appt and sat in the chair after a short wait. The barber was conversational , but not too chatty. My cut came out as good as I wanted.
