I should start by saying he has Down syndrome. After the first time he received a bad haircut, I went in with him for his next cut, and spoke with the stylist to make sure she wouldn't further cut into the mistake that was clearly made by the prior stylist. At that time, his haircut was fine. The next time he went in, I was not with him. He went in alone while someone who drove him waited outside. Since he is special needs and he's not inspecting the back of his head like "normal "customers would. I did not see him for a couple of days and when I saw this was too furious to waste time on a business that would mess up a disabled mans hair repeatedly and let him walk around looking so foolish without caring.
