I've never had a worse experience with a property management company. They've been responsible for…read moregetting us the 3 worst tenants that we've ever had. One tenant that they approved for us used our property as a flop house for his employees. It was obvious to me that that was the renters intention but the lease agreement was already signed so we were stuck with them for a year. They lied to us repeatedly and then trashed our house that had just been redone. The next one was a business property rental. They would honor the terms of their lease agreement signed and vetted by Landmark. They ruined our floor by leaving water running and didn't tell us it was happening until it was too late to dry it out. They cut the door jam of our property to get a refrigerator in. Their lease said they were responsible but nothing came of it so now we're left with a ruined floor, replacing the door jam to our building and taking out the Jerry rigged electrical along with a complete paint job. And currently we're cleaning out a house that Landmark also vetted the tenants for us. We drove by the property and noticed a dog and contacted Landmark. They did follow up with the tenants, and yes they did have a dog but nothing was done by them about it. They kept the dog in the garage and now we're starting to clean it up. We're hoping muriatic acid will get the stench out but we're not sure. The house is also trashed. We're going to need at least 1 dumpster to get rid all the garbage they've left behind. These are the 3 worst tenants we've ever had and all were vetted for us by Landmark. Additionally we've paid them a monthly management fee to "manage" our property? Just shameful. One star is the least that can be given. This management company has cost us thousands of dollars.

Very responsive and professional. Any concerns we've had…read morewere responded to the same day. Would highly recommend Landmark.

I love these apartments! I use to live here years ago…read more. decades ago. I lived here with the love of my life, his uncle and our infant son. I was a teen mom at 19 so I was probably 19-21 when living here. I would commute from Sea-Tac to Sequim weekly for work.. so I actually lived here only 3 days a week.. sometimes I would get to stay longer. Depended on work. The first year I stayed here was full time bc I was a new mama! I wanted to be with my son~ our son. I worked 4 ten hour shifts and would drive after work with my son to Sequim and stay 3 nights here with my love and travel back and stay with my mom & family the rest of the week.. I really miss this place~ I have fond memories of Sequim.. the apartments were rather basic. I am trying to tell by the pictures which apartment we lived in and I'm pretty sure it was building B but then again, everything has changed so much and there wasn't the other apartments around us if I remember correctly... I always loved the courtyard~ I'm really glad they've kept this place up and it looks just as nice if not nicer than it did in 1986-1988. I remember that the sun shined every day into our apartment. That's due to the Banana Belt! The sun shines everyday in Sequim at least once bc of the banana belt~ It was perfect for our tiny patio to grow tomatoes and we did just that! My son's father was much older than me and good at everything it seemed.. especially working with his hands. He was also an amazing guitarist and musician.. He was even teaching me guitar until we moved here then I guess being a mom & working to keep busy caused me to grow away from it and that's one of my biggest life regrets bc I was learning flat pic electric guitar and getting good. This place also was in a Good Location! My mom would come to stay on occasion and she loved Bell Hill! We could look up and see Bell Hill from our apartment building ~ I just now remembered that while typing this. Now my mom and dad both are gone, both buried in Quilcene.. the little town next to Sequim~ My love and his uncle .. gone as well. They've all been gone a very long time but memories of 300 South Sunnyside will always live on in my heart, mind, soul and spirit bc I know they are all with me and looking down upon me~ I would definitely recommend these apartments no matter what age you are! Respect your landlord.. keep things clean like we always did, and just be a good person~ and if you happen to move into a middle apartment that the stairs lead up to; Know that at one time years ago that apartment was filled with love & hope. Sadly, these apartments also were the last place I seen my true love at ~ he waved goodbye to me on one average sunny day as I drove away & I will never forget that feeling when looking back at him several times as he watched me drive off until he could no longer see me or me see him as I kept looking back over my shoulder. At the time I didn't know it.. but I felt it, I knew something was off. Little did I know he & his uncle would move shortly after that... down to where he grew up...California. He wanted nicer weather & maybe wanted a different lifestyle, but what I do know is he didn't find what he was looking for and wanted to come back to me after I finally met another love over a decade later..I almost got back with him but he called one night while I was at work and my husband I'm with today said he answered the phone and told him.. it was too late.. he had missed out and he never should have left me and our son. My husband was right (fiancé then) ... bc I would have probably had to deal with more pain & headache.. as he overdosed that same year.. which my son & I didn't find out until 2 years later~ I don't know and never will know if it was bc I moved on and didn't have him fly up and see me (that was a plan we had talked about), or maybe he became addicted due to his migraine headaches.? I have no clue but I do know he left us. Myself and our son deserved better. We had a hard life for a long time after he left us.. but I never had loved anybody like I loved him and I guess that's why I wanted to share this story ~ they may post this or take it down.. who knows? But as far as the apartments go ~This place back in the day~It was epic! Thx for letting me share my story~ Sequim is the nicest town ever and these apartments are in the perfect location! I appreciate that they've kept this place looking nice and that says a lot right there about the owners and management ~ I'm not sure if my story will be read, maybe taken down, or stay here.. but for what it's worth, finding that these apartments are still here made me r really happy! PS. Lots of wonderful places around these apartments like Bell Hill, The Spit with the big lighthouse, lots of fishing and wildlife ~ the scenery and the banana belt makes Sequim one unique place and there couldn't be a better location than these apartments! I'm sure glad they are still here and now have a name!

There is no one like her I am very impressed with the apartment, laundry facilities and the grounds. Very clean and quiet apartment with friendly neighbors. I can't say enough about Pebble Bay Apartments and the staff that works here. Except THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Their diligence in combing the available inventory for the list of "must haves", plus and their on-going communications to keep me in the loop of activities through the buying process made this purchase occur without any hitches or delays. They're dedicated in finding the home that makes you "sparkle" is endless. 1) Teri and Doug are local folks, having grown up here gives them a vast knowledge of the Sequim area, old and new neighborhoods, rules, and regulations, they are a gold mine of information. 2) Purchasing a home in this competitive market required writing an offer to win out all others but not overpricing the home. Teri is brilliant at this, the strategy used provided me the best opportunity. 3) Teri is personable, likes to get to know you and what your desires are in a home, she is honest, straightforward, and dedicated to ensuring you have all the information needed to make this big decision. I think she gets as much joy out of finding the perfect home as the person does in buying it. 4) Being a key resource in the area, Teri can provide a buffet of resources for the little and big jobs that the new homeowner may need down the road. I am so fortunate to had them as relators, and an on-going friend in Sequim.

Blue Sage was there to help set things up and prepare and maintain the rentals which provided a huge relief for me. When I do make it to WA to visit, Kathryn is always receptive to meeting to discuss how they are doing, ways to improve the properties not only for me but for the vacationers and long-term tenants. Communication is outstanding. Blue Sage is ALL about communication! In fact, the entire team especially Kathryn and her staff are in constant contact. If I need something fixed they are on it. If I have to send something to a property and it needs to be assembled and brought over, they're on it. If I have questions on any of the financial side of things, it does not fall on deaf ears. Our communications have always included a sense of humor and are always pleasant. I wouldn't deal with a company any other way. In reading my reviews, I know my short-term rental guests have been very satisfied with their communication if an issue came up. In fact, just recently with the big snowstorm, the Blue Sage team was out there shoveling snow for the guests so they could either come or go easily and safely. On a side note, I usually keep quiet in these snake pits but for the individual who seems to think the PPP loans have something to do with tenants paying their rents... You really need to do your research because one has nothing to do with the other. How did you feel about the baseball and football hall of fame receiving all that welfare, taxpayer money. None of this is appropriate. Bottom line, I'm very happy with Blue Sage and will continue to partner with them with my current and future properties.
