Our family just recently completed our Living Trust: Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directives, for both my husband and I, and the Guardianship for our kids and a comprehensive protection plan for all of our assets. It is truly a blessing, knowing that if anything were to happen to us, our assets and our children are protected from the California probate courts system and fees. Although we thought the estate plan process would be very daunting and difficult, we actually found the overall experience to be the opposite and actually exceeded our expectations. From our first consultation to signing our final documents, the entire team was friendly, caring, and incredibly professional. Diane our Paralegal and Victoria our Attorney were both so friendly, caring, and really made the entire process very smooth! They took the time to understand our family's unique needs, explained everything clearly, and asked thoughtful questions we never would have considered ourselves. We appreciated their honest, upfront pricing with no surprises, and the overall cost felt well worth it because our estate plan was truly customized to our wishes. It's like they were doing the estate plan for one of their own family members. In the end, my husband and I both found the entire process gave us confidence and peace of mind. We never felt like just another client, in fact, we felt genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Copenbarger & Copenbarger to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy estate planning law firm. We'll definitely be referring our friends and family, church members, and anyone in need. Highly recommended!

I'm very impressed with the level of service and the desire to create a personal strategy for my individual situation. I met with Mr. Copenbwrgee, the principal and one of his new attorneys. He asked all the right questions and listened to my answers. I am now waiting for the first draft which should arrive in a month. Update: I had my second meeting to review the draft of the trust. I met with the principal and the attorney and was very pleased with the way the matter was handled. We tevieeed the document discussed what I needed to do and what they needed to do to fully execute all the trust. What's nice is they offered to meet at no additional cost with my family to go over the trust so that everyone understands. The other thing, I like about the firm is that they continue to serve the clients beyond the drafting of the legal documents. They offer periodic client workshops to help them continue to maintain their plans to meet cha needs.

At the time we came across YouTube videos of Edmund explaining the benefits of a trust in simple terms that we were able to understand. For our family the most important aspect of building a trust is finding a law firm that aligns with our values. A law firm filled with individuals who we feel we can build a life-long relationship with. We finally committed to creating our Revocable Living Trust after battling some serious health issues. Quickly we realized that we were not looking for a law firm but rather a family. When I am gone I want my spouse and children to feel confident and comfortable knowing that the Tree of Life Law Firm will be there for them in their time of need. This gives me peace of mind. Building a Trust is not only about protecting your family's assets and privacy. Edmund taught us to view it as building a Legacy for your family that will last long after you are out of the picture. The Tree of Life Law Firm has our highest recommendation and we could not have found a better family to be a part of.
