From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and taken great care of.... our room was ready and in great shape... this hotel sits on an old paper mill that was converted into a Hotel several years ago and you can still see the remains of the mill.... the walls of our room were of stone! The room was cozy and had a great bed... nice duvet and good pillows. The bath robe was also good... could have beed a little more spacious, but enough for us that were all day out visiting the area... the suite was awesome, if we decide to stay for a week or so, this will be a great place to stay.... This room was only missing some electronics outlets as now a-days we have so much of! The property is beautiful sitting at a riverside where you can listen to the water flowing.... temp was spectacular end October.... They could use a little more staff though, I did see a tray of a room service left on the floor outside a room and was not picked up 12 hours later.... (won't take a star off as this is a detail I am sure won't happen again). They have a living room area that is stunning.... cosy and warm to stay and have a night cap, read a book or just hang our and feel at home. Decoration at this hotel is TOP NOTCH! Congrats.....
