Nena is so nice and great. We got engaged right as the pandemic began and had a very tumultuous year of planning and not knowing what was going to happen next. Nena was there with us every step of the way. I'm very detail oriented about vendors and budgeting so the partial planning was perfect for us. Nena helped guide us and give us advice but we managed day to day communications and budgeting. When it comes to design I'm hopeless but loved all of her work so really just let Nena and the vino fiore team do their job and gave input where needed which was perfect for us. When we finally got the big day (thankfully!) everything was just stunning and all in all went very smoothly. The couple hiccups that happened I felt that Nena and the whole team was all over it, even going out to buy more margarita mix when we ran out!! Overall we had a great experience especially considering all of the uncertainty this year and the huge influx in events Nena had when the world opened back up after not doing weddings for so long. Hiring Nena and her team was the best decision that we made while wedding planning. We had her do full planning plus florals. The entire wedding planning process was seamless and so much fun. Nena had so many creative ideas and executed flawlessly. We loved how easy her wedding planning software was to keep track of all of our expenses and when payments became due. While picking out our florals Nena was very concious of our budget gave us tons of options so we could get the most value out of our floral budget. They looked absolutely stunning. Having a planner that lived near the venue was so helpful in planning a destination wedding. Nena has great relationships with the other wedding vendors in the area and had great recommendations for each aspect of planning. We loved taking weekend trips down to Paso to do cake and catering tastings and always loved meeting with Nena. I left every meeting so calm knowing that all the details were covered and I could just enjoy the entire wedding weekend without worrying about anything but spending time with all of our guests. Our guests raved about all of the details that were so perfect and thoughtfully designed. She made our wedding feel so personalized and special. Nena is very nice. Having her doing partial planning, design and flowers was too much for her to handle. She missed so many details and so many things were overlooked. Our very first meeting with Nena, she was 30 minutes late. I wish I would've realized, at this point, she wasn't very organized, detail oriented or efficient. Although I provided her with dozens of photos showing her the style of flowers and tables, her design vision was completely off. We ended up paying and additional $350 for a flower mockup because we weren't confident in her abilities. She was supposed to take over all communication with vendors two months out. Less than a month before the wedding, after reminding her of this, she finally took over communication. Every time we asked her to do something, she responded with, "no problem!" She never followed through with many of these requests. Before we hired her, she said she would go over invoices to make sure we had the best price and appropriate quantities. I was constantly reminding her to change things in invoices. She told us some mistakes were made because we hired vendors she was not used to working with. Though many mistakes were made with vendors who were on her preferred list. We were $25,000 over budget. She never went over the budget with us, or even brought it up. Almost immediately after the wedding, she shut off my account to the planning website. Luckily, I had downloaded all of the guest contact info. The wedding was beautiful and romantic thanks to Halter Ranch, Trumpet Vine, family and many other of our vendors. It definitely was no thanks to her. She caused more stress than anything. Cannot say enough positive things about Nena! We hired Nena for our daughter's wedding with 200 guests on a private ranch in Arroyo Grande, where we had to bring in everything from tablewear to bathrooms. Not being from the area, we had to rely on her guidance with vendors in the area. Everyone she recommended was perfect. She is very professional, easily approachable, and worked with us with every obstacle we came across... and we had a few! It rained the day of the wedding, and we had to change a lot of things around last minute and tent the dance floor and bar area as it was all outside. However there was a bit of a lack of communication... when I called and arranged for an appointment I wanted to get a price quote to upgrade their offered special... I was never contacted back regarding this and when I asked at the appointment I was told what I wanted to upgrade too was already included in the package, Fantastic I thought! ...however it turned out it was not included and they charged me 10$ more than the special... no biggie I would have been happy to pay that difference, but the lack of communication and follow up is concerning. read more

Nena is absolutely amazing. She was there for us from the day we hired her, about 10 months prior to our wedding even though we only hired her for her month of services. She's very personable and easily makes you feel as though you known her for years. When we first met with her, we were impressed by the questions she asked in order to get to know us and understand how we wanted our big day to go. After hiring her, we quickly realized how many connections Nena has in the Paso Robles and SLO areas, she personally knew almost every vendor we hired! On top of her already awesome personality, her connections with vendors is a HUGE plus because she has a good rapport with them. In fact, we were granted exclusive use of additional items and areas from our venue because Nena was our wedding planner. Nena kept constant communication with us and always answered our phone calls and emails in a timely manner. She was patient, as minor details changed and from start to finish made us feel at ease. She knew our venue well and was very helpful in deciding where and how to best execute the various events throughout the day. I honestly don't know what we would've done without her. We were married in June, 2016 at Vineyard winery in Templeton, CA and had about 100 guests. She was the backbone of our wedding. She took charge and ran the show like a boss. She alleviated so many tasks and so much stress for us. From our entrance, to the cake cutting to our last song, everything went smoothly and even better than expected. She thought of all the details that we had completely forgotten about (like putting the remainder of our cake in the fridge for us). She checked in on us throughout the day to make sure we were fed and hydrated. Even after the wedding, when things came up, and we contacted her she always had answers for us and had already covered all the bases!! She made it so we were able to really just enjoy ourselves and not have to worry about anything. Me and my girlfriend went for a foot soak with wine and massage as an anniversary present to eachother today and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The wine provided was soft in the pallet and the cheese platter provided was complete with sun dried tomatoes, olives and chocolate. It was our first time ever getting a massage and the staff really catered to us and made us feel comfortable. All products and infusions used were natural and left our skin feeling smooth and healthy. My girlfriend said Sage was so understanding with her hands and made the experience worth repeating. I purchased a groupon and was really excited to redeem it. I had a wonderful massage and a chemical peel in place of my facial. Nena was friendly and amazing at advising local spots. The location was nice and the wine tasting included in my package was just a small walk around the corner. Unfortunately, there were some small details that were not spectacular. Some of the services listed on my groupon were not honored: the groupon indicated that I was to choose a foot mask and receive a full glass of wine, but there was a 1/3 glass of wine and no mask even after I asked about it. Also, the young lady who gave the foot soak treatments did not put forth much effort which in turn made me feel as though I was burdening her putting scrub on my feet (which was lake-luster when void of effort). read more

I would give them no starts, but that's not an option. I really wanted to rate VinoTherapy high. Nina is very likeable. However the overall professionalism is terrible. My first experience was for my bachelorette party. We went for massages and foot scrubs. They were informed that one of my friends attending was pregnant. When we got there, not only were they unprepared, but the masseuse complained about having to do a prenatal massage. She complained well within hearing range of myself and two of my friends. It wasn't until I went up to her and asked her if she had a problem did she shut her mouth and stop complaining. My second experience was a few days before my wedding. My husband and I went in for massages and a foot scrub. When we got there we were informed that we could not get the foot scrub because the person had already gone home. We then bought a gift certificate for someone, but did not actually receive it. What should have been the certificate ended up being a brochure. It took several phone calls, several emails, and 3 months before I got my refund. My third experience was the day of my wedding. VinoTherapy did my hair and make up for myself and wedding party. While mostly they did an amazing job, there was a problem. After giving my approval for a particular hair style my maid of honor wanted, the stylist refused to do it (HELLO! I'M THE BRIDE! I SAID IT WAS OK!!!!!!!!!!!!) She then turned down several other styles she wanted, siting they were all to similar to mine. Again, I'm the bride, I said it was ok. In the end my maid of honor ended up and half up do that she could have easily done herself and not have had to pay for it all because the stylist suddenly had to leave. They don't listen to their customers. They make stuff up (if you're known for returning calls, then were none of my calls returned?). Will never go there again. read more

Let me just say that today was such a surprisingly awesome day at VTS. I had never even heard of the concept and just lovedddd it. There were 5 of us doing the bachelorette party package, and it rocked. Massages were SO AWESOME, the foot scrub felt great, and Nena just whisked us off to wine tasting at some awesome spots. She also prepared a freaking killer lunch- couscous, potato wedges, chicken, curry vegetables and garlic aioli. No salad and pasta here, ladies, and I was stoked. I went here thinking it was a spa but it is not. Very very small establishment with a bit of an awkward feel because of how cramped it is. Front desk was very nice and massage was good but seemed cut short by 15 minutes or so. I would not purchase a groupon here because you only get half of what the groupon states but that is not the staffs fault I'm pretty sure it is a management issue. After leaving here I went around the corner and there was a very nice spa with all of the amenities and was given a tour and will be going to this place next time for a few dollars more. read more

This was my second visit to Vino t therapy since their opening. This time I brought my 13 year old daughter in for her first facial. Nina, the owner, was awesome with my very fussy, mom doesn't know anything daughter. Nina had her hooked on skin care! I had an hour deep tissue massage. My therapist, Josh, was fabulous! My wife and I schedule the Spa and Wine Tasting Package. Nena picked us up at the hotel and off to the studio. At the studio we had a relaxing foot scrub with a glass of wine, than a facial. This was my first facial and it was fantastic. My wife has be after me for a long time to have a facial, do not know why I waited so long, so men do not wait try it you will enjoy. After that it was off to the wine tasting. We really enjoyed the private tasting at Denner's that Nena arranged for us. The outdoor tasting area overlooking the vineyard was beautiful. The staff really knew the wine we were tasting and could answer all our questions. They also had a great Vivant Cheese Plate (extra charge) that paired with wines well. Nena also setup us up with wine tasting with the winemaker of Ranchero Cellars which was great. Being able to talk with the winemaker about their vision of the wine they released is a wonderful insight to the wine. Then off to another winery where we took a break and had a picnic lunch Nena had brought for us. If was a prefect organic spring lunch which matched are life style. We could not have asked for a better time. After the foot scrub, facial, lunch and tasting of 18 plus wines Nena dropped us off in the afternoon at our hotel. Nena and her staff are fantastic. My son and his then fiancee hired Nena and worked with her to plan their wedding. Later, I decided to hire her to do the Rehearsal Dinner as well. Nena is wonderful - a great personality, super positive and full of energy! She has great vision and is very creative. She also has to be the hardest working wedding planner there is - she never stopped, and pitched in anywhere she saw a need, even if it wasn't something that was her responsibility. While I did not work with her as much as the couple did, I know they relied on her amazing vision to create a beautifully imagined wedding and she came through spectacularly.
