They do screen printing the old fashion way, by hand. And I am so glad they do. I have a t-shirt they did and it has seen the washing machine a number of times yet hasn't even begun to fade. Their posters and the other ideas (like August-focused shirts) are eye catching and creativity. A couple of years ago I was working on a idea and they came up with the design for it. I loved it! Around the same time I also ordered business cards from them. Perfection. My latest venture was turning my wife's favorite Brene Brown quote into a poster. She was thrilled. Not to mention the team here is helpful, patient, and will do anything to make sure you are more than satisfied with the finished product. *Insider's Tip -If you've seen any event poster from Book Tavern, you have seen their work. And better yet, that means you can order the print even after an event has passed. -They do live screen printing at events, especially downtown. One such event is Arts in the Heart (in September) when they have a contest for free t-shirts. That's a win for everyone.

I thought I'd have to go in explaining the types of shirts and quality etc, which I did, but only after they asked. That let me know they knew what they were doing. LeAnne and Jeremiah both helped me with finding the exact shirts I wanted. I was looking for easy fit tees for women and a certain type of printing application. They knocked both out of the park. Mod Ink offers more modern style options, which is what drew me to them. They can order and customize your traditional fit tees as well. If you personally or your organization/company needs tees! Go see them. They'll get the job done.

In the past we have stopped by the shop and spoken to the staff about our ideas. We sketch out the vision together and then they send us a proof via email. Once we have given the on the proof, the turn around time for printing is very quick. My husband had a cute little sign made for our gym, and they helped him come up with ideas and got it taken care of pronto. It made a really sweet and fun Christmas gift for me. We've got a family wedding coming up and I stopped in to see if they could make an "Instagram" frame for us to use at the Rehearsal Dinner. They knew exactly what I was talking about and showed me samples they had on hand. I just picked it up and they nailed it! Quality is excellent. They also do lighted signs and corporate items, they will handle large installations for you, etc. If you have signage needs stop in and talk to the people at FastSigns!!

They were really helpful, courteous and very fast. The lady in front was great and even fixed the editing problem I had with my poster. I got same day service and the poster looked great. The banner turned out great. We paid for it and thought nothing more of it. Yesterday, I get an email from their bookkeeper wanting payment for the banner. I explained that we paid when we picked up the banner. She said we did not. Thankfully Fr. Matthew Schnabel had asked for a receipt. Something told him something was up in the way they acted toward him. So I sent a copy of the receipt and heard nothing more from the bookkeeper. So I posted an online review just to warn people to be careful to keep their receipts. This morning I get an email from the Account Manager at Quality gaslighting me and telling me I was beating up on a kindly old lady who does their books out of the kindness of her heart. The Account Manager refused to use my title and was just very condescending. So I replied and explained that I would be happy to remove the review if they would just admit their mistake and apologize. I explained that assuming I knew the bookkeeper was a kindly old lady and that I was beating up on her despite it would be like me assuming they treated us this way because we are LGBTQIA+. That's when the crap hit the fan. They refused to apologize and further said they will no longer accept business from us. They are now showing that all this was because we are LGBTQIA and our parish is supportive of the community. I ask that if you have any printing needs, please avoid Quality Printing until they make this right. Thanks!
