Their employee Jon Newton bought the business and was initially helpful, requiring a substantial up-front fee to bring my tardy returns current. He later ghosted me consistent with the 2024 review by others, breaking appointments, not returning calls, not responding to emails. It appears that he is/was a 1-person office, relying on offshoring his work load, a possible problem for complicated accounts. Note that the positive reviews are in the past Stenberg era, not the present. Based on observed performance I would recommend avoiding Mr. Newton at all costs.
