Chris greeted my husband and myself and from the get go was very personable and pleasant. He showed the ring to their repair team who said that they could repair it (obviously there is a big difference in cost between resetting and repairing) so i opted to do the less repair and hope that it would look good enough and not noticeable as I love my current setting and they said they could do it. It was blind faith as i had never used them before and didn't know anyone who had. Well, to say that they did an unbelievable job is an understatment. They invited me to watch the master repair team do their job if I wanted to) which was way more involved than I could've imagined it would be.
