I had received good care, and always just accepted that as the norm, until today. The care at Dr. Sohl's office knocked my socks off! Never, had experienced such a well coordinated medical team, the staff of no less than 5 skilled professionals greeted me @8AM and readied me for the procedure(don't recall names for the shout out they well deserve, they did sedate me!) without a skip in the flow, completely putting me at ease, stellar care! As if an incredibly well trained and talented staff (from the professional who do the scheduling, booking ,billing the incredible medical staff) were not enough to make u return, the space and the ambience of the office as well as the treatment rooms are well thought out and decorated obviously with patients experience in mind. You get the a1 medical treatment, while in a state of the Art facility that feels like home! As you can see, this is an all female dental practice which should be a prerequisite for any new business in this field. Why? Because women care about the patient, men generally don't. The approach at Dr. Holley's practice is to be gentle, kind and sympathetic, whilst trying to treat the problem in the best way. Every other male dentist I've ever had the misfortune of seeing, cares not primarily about the pain or treatment of the patient, rather what size of bill they can rack up. I will never visit another male dentist again, including a particularly vicious one I visited in Jupiter who inadvertently admitted to enjoying causing pain to patients. In some ways, I want to keep Dr. Holley a secret because she's my own little Tooth Saint but it wouldn't be fair to not share her. She's the best and she's lovely, so go see her and taste a rare breath of fresh air in dentistry, it just doesn't get any better than the Holley practice.

Bright, nice area to check-in. Extremely comfortable soft leather chairs. Nice to be greeted with a smile. I was actually there for a repair. They took me to an area where I could find out the prices and get checked in as a new patient. After looking over the prices and I know what other places wanted to charge me for a replacement that's why I decided to replace it. My only hiccup with Aspen is.........when calling on a repair for my denture there is a wait time. I have used other dentists and the call goes like this......." me: I have a hot spot on my new denture. Them: I have an appointment opening in 2 weeks, nothing sooner. Other offices I have been at.......me: My new denture has a hotspot. Them: come in whenever you want, we'll work you in." That's what I was expecting when I bought it from them. 6 weeks after I bought it, one tooth fell out while eating a crispy chicken wing. I called, granted it was 2 days before Christmas. They are doing me a favor and got me 5 days later. Another BIG problem is...when I came in to purchase another set they saw the ones I was wearing at the time. After I bought and paid for them and was picking them up the doctor said."oh they are a little smaller than the ones you have". A little? I think they should have mentioned that when I purchased them don't ya think? A few speed bumps, but none the less I am happy. Yes, I'll keep using them and will recommend them as well.
