Regency Dental is fantastic!! Dr Jaffee is the best dentist I have been to. Professional at its best. He has Away of making you feel at ease , I never felt pain !! I had my front Caps replaced to porcelain, Scott the lab technician actually came to the office so he could match the color perfectly to my other teeth, when Dr Jaffee put my new caps in they looked amazing and very natural. I was a patient of Regency Dental of Stuart for sometime. Recently on a three day weekend I developed a severe tooth ache on a crown they had worked on in the past. I suffered through until Tuesday morning, on Tuesday morning I contacted the office first thing in the morning. I asked to be fit in for an emergency appointment. The office staff said they would call back with a time that I could come in. At 2pm I called again and got the same answer. At 5:10pm the office called and said the doctor would fit me in on Thursday. I told her they were crazy and thanks for the compassion they have shown to one of their patients! I was able to get fit in with another dentist. He was able to take care of the issue I was having. He was professional and caring. He told me he would fit anyone in anytime they were experiencing pain. My advise to anyone that wants to try Regency Dental of Stuart, go somewhere else! Don't waste your money, Don't waste your time, and Don't take the risk of being left in pain if that were to unfortunately happen. read more

I was a patient at Regency Dental of Stuart a few years ago and overall had a satisfactory experience. One incident sticks out to me however that called into question the integrity of the practice. I saw Dr. Giol due to pressure based pain in a rear molar that lasted about two weeks. He told me that the tooth would need a crown, despite not having any fractures. The tooth had a small filling that according to x-rays was structurally sound. A week passed and the pain subsided, but when I went to my scheduled crowning appointment, Dr. Giol still recommended the crown because of the recent pressure pain, so I naively went through with it. He told me that there maybe something we can't see like micro-fractures that caused the pain and although it subsided, would likely continue to do so. My subsequent dentists were shocked that a crown was recommended despite any evidence of a fracture, decay, or large cavity/filling necessitating a crown. Infrequent pain in your tooth is not adequate cause for a crown. I wish I had done my homework! This crown has cost me thousands in unnecessary expenses, including a root canal and crown replacements, not to mention lots of pain. I definitely feel like I was 'upsold' the crown. Finally, in placing the crown, Dr. Giol filed down the tooth above the molar far too much in attempting to minimize contact. This has negatively impacted my bite. Be careful! read more

I can't say enough good about Doctor A (Dr. Arlene Jaffe) and Donna at Regency Dental in Stuart. I went for a routine cleaning and the tech found a couple of areas of minor concern needing a fillings. Dr. A came in....took a look and made the necessary suggestions for what needed to be done. Dr Eric is extremely professional and cordial, and did a great job; however his office manager is an ornery woman with no customer service savy and cuts no breaks for people without insurance...my bill was close to double what I was quoted (even after sending a high resolution photo of the tooth to be repaired). read more

I have been going to regency dental for over 20 years. My wife and 3 children have been patients of Dr Arlene Jaffe since we first started going there. Our experience with the entire operation has been nothing short of exceptional. Excellent service and accommodating from the clerical and administrative personnel, to all of the hygienists and finally to Dr jaffee herself. While no one really likes going to the dentist, rest assured the team there is professional and is very compassionate in their services. I've gone here a few times and for Florida's standards it's a good office. Kudos to Robin!!! I've had a crown for more than 5 years and it always gave be problems (with regular cleanings every 6 months) until Robin recently cleaned my teeth. She did such a great job that this issue around my crown vanished... something I didn't know would be possible. Thank you Robin!!! read more

The women who work at the front desk are very rude and unfriendly. My husband had a cracked tooth and I called and asked if they had an appointment available for that day. The lady I spoke to said the only available appt was at 2pm. I said ok let me make sure my husband can make that time. I called back after confirming with my husband and they had turned off their phones for lunch and they would not be back on until 2pm, which was the same time as the available appt.My husband and I decided to go at 2pm to see if the appointment was still available. Someone else had walked in and taken that appointment time which was fine because I had not been able to get in touch with them to confirm it for my husband but the way that the ladies at the desk treated us for driving over to check the appt time...it was very rude. I originally went there because of the reviews on yelp. I won't be going back there again. read more
