Unprofessional dentis with poor work. Went to this dentist to have a tooth removed. Mr. Wigley…read morewas charged me for a tooth removal and left a large piece of root in my mouth. I complained about excessive bleeding and the front office lady Toni dismissed it and said it will stop and told me to use more gauze. I went back in 3 weeks later for a cleaning, They noticed a protrusion from my gum and began poking. Root of the tooth never pulled and still remaining. Mr. Wigley says we will take care of it in 3-4 mos once you have healed and we have you back in here for additional work (When it was convenient for him). I began asking questions and Mr. Wigley did not like someone asking questions about his work. He began trying to upsell expensive plans to redo my entire mouth - NOT what I came in for. When I declined and told him he should listen to what I want and not sell me on what he wants to dom He became angry and started berrating me and speaking down to me. I got up from his chair and told the dentist who had lost his temper and began aggressively telling me that I needed to do what he was advising that we were done. The office ladies were embarrassed and awkward after the moment. I then received a letter from an office person at the doctor about 2 weeks later stating that the root left in my mouth needed to be extracted immediately and could cause severe issues and neede to be fixed within 30 days - CERTIFIED MAIL - all because I had stated I would look into an attorney since Mr, WIgley did not do his job and remove a tooth as he was paid to do. I called the office and when I would not answer Toni the office lady about whether I would alllow them to correct their work, she became aggressive and when I asked for her to refund me she hung up on me. Do your research and you will find numerous stories of Mr. Wigley berrating patients and speaking down to them and insulting them when they don't consider Wigley's expensive and over the top fixes. Wigley is a questionable dentist and not a sales man which is why he gets mad when you don't buy off on his elaborate, expensive and excessive fixes. Once you decline him he gets angry, becomes aggressive and then insults you and dismisses you. The office personnel was nice until you ask for a refund or until you do not let them correct their mistake. This is a highly questionable dentist, who insults people. He does very shoddy work and is incompetent. Read the reviews and you will see this guy really should not be practicing any longer,

There was nothing she couldn't do, everything from fillings to root canals and crowns and even extractions. Since she left this place years ago it has gone downhill with incompetence from the front office all the way to staff who apparently can't do much. I had some decay on a tooth that was under a crown from 10 years ago. They sent me to another dentist in PSL to cut the crown off and evaluate the tooth. Then they sent me to a 3rd dentist to extract the tooth. Last straw today was I had a simple appointment to get my teeth cleaned . They called yesterday and insisted I had to get them a copy of my new insurance card by 4:00 to keep my 8:30 appointment today. They could not apparently receive it digitally so I had to leave work to go home and get it and take it to them. The girl at the desk said she would call if there was an issue. No call and I show up today for my appointment. I see her and say I assume there was no problem with the insurance because you did not call me back. With that dear in the headlights look on her face she stutters no, everything is fine. I go back with dentist who asks me wait a minute there is no insurance confirmation. He comes back with this list of fees and says the front office did not verify the insurance so he does not know what they will pay for but expects me to pay the bill while they figure it out. TOTAL LIES AND INCOMPETANCE FROM START TO FINISH. NEVER AGAIN, RUN FROM HERE !!!

I was a little skeptical at first, but from the moment I arrived, my experience was excellent. The dental assistant was very professional and made the X-ray process comfortable. They explained that they would contact my insurance company to determine my out-of-pocket costs and would follow up with me in a few days. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. I get 2 cleanings a year. After a full exam I first was told my appointment time was up, the second thing I was told I can only have a cleaning if they did a Deep Cleaning and also repair of two bottom teeth one replace a crown and one to do a crown. I was having No Problem with those two teeth. My estimate cost would have been over $5000.00. Again I asked about my cleaning and was refused because my appointment time was up and I needed to make appointment for deep cleaning and repair because of the Dentist Liability. I was beside myself with that answer. This is unacceptable and to rush me out. I never had that happen to me EVER just going in for my cleaning and X-rays. I am a senior but I am not stupid.
