Dr. Follweiler is extremely professional yet very "comfortable." His assistant, Cricket, is wonderful and may have given me the best piece of dental advice ever regarding using the rubber tip. My teeth are so much better now, and I attribute that, as well, to her taking the time to explain the many wonders of that rubber tip that I prior to that had fervently avoided. I told my sister that my appointment was Nirvana, and we laughed uproariously because she knew what a Nervous Nellie I was. Cheryl was very thorough and gave me what could probably be called "the cleaning of a lifetime." Don't put it off! You won't be sorry you went here. You'll also walk away with a little "To-go" zip-up bag with all of your dental essentials.

I have had some truly awful experiences in my past, so much so that I stopped going unless I had a dire emergency. I know my mouth was in rough shape by the time I finally confronted my fears (after an embarrassing number of years). This team of experts were warm, welcoming and honest. Tiffany deserves a special shout out for how gentle she was with me, and I really appreciated how she took the time to educate me and explain what she was doing and why. A dear friend of mine recommend that I come here because of how much people adored the dentistry here (I know, hard to believe, right?) but she couldn't have been more accurate! I'm so glad I bit the bullet (pun intended) and went. I've found my place!

The customer service model is excellent and most of all MODERN. I feel welcomed when I'm there, they do a great job, and they call the next day just to check on me. I even recommended a close friend (who was also looking to leave her dentist) to great smile. The billing process has been completely straightforward. They tell you up front what insurance will pay and what you will pay out of pocket, and I've never felt pressured to have anything done that I didn't want to do, or couldn't afford. I've been coming here for a decade. I always ask for Dr Shannon Smith…read more It's never fun or inexpensive to get dental work done, and just recently I had an infection in a lower molar. Dr Shannon wanted me to save the tooth if possible, so she gave me a referral for another fine doctor in the area. Not wanting to wait too long with an infection, I asked his advice and he advised me to go to Dr. Smith to have the tooth pulled, save the money for now, and eventually get an implant rather than drop almost $2500 to salvage an already compromised tooth. I knew Dr. Smith was reluctant to do this particular work especially with a lower molar with an infection, but she took time out that every day to do this complex procedure along with a bone graft. Thankfully, she had spent the previous four days giving me advice on antibiotics and pain relievers no matter what I chose to do. Was it fun? No, was it expensive ? not terribly considering my insurance and the level of work that was done. Dental work can be life-threatening if you wait too long, and I'm so thrilled that I was taken care of by the entire staff. I am home recovering now and feeling like a new man after just two hours of treatment. Thank You SO much Dr Shannon Smith

I paid for an upper partial and was told "you only owe $500 because your insurance paid half"... now wouldn't you think that meant that the other half was paid for?! That was in February, now in May when it is finally finished and ready for pick up I get a call right before I go in to get it that my insurance didn't cover it. Apparently they never freaking billed my insurance company and my insurance ended in April so by the time they got around to billing I didn't have insurance any more! If I would have know I would have kept my insurance! Then on top of that, I call just a few days later saying I have the money so I'll just pay they tell me I have to schedule another appointment to get them! Just to pick them up!! I now have over $1000 invested and they are holding them hostage until the dentist gets back from vacation to "put them in my mouth" .... It's not medication, just hand them to me! I am so beyond annoyed and disappointed. Will never come back here again
