If they had told me from the beginning, I could have made an informed choice, but instead, I was blindsided by the charge. In talking on the phone with them, they at first said come at 8 and when I asked if I could come later they said ya no problem it shouldn't take long to just check it and they hung up. I felt they were in a hurry so I didn't call back to confirm the time assuming it would be a quick 30 min check. I showed up at 10:07 and nick right away basically said he told me to come at 8. When I tried to explain that on the phone he made it sound like it would be a quick thing and to come whenever he said well I m gonna leave it at that honey, you need to give me at least an hour. I just tried to explain to him the reason why I came later and that I would have appreciated knowing he would need an hour because I drive 30 min to get there. I understand if he didn't have time and there was maybe a miscommunication but what I didn't appreciate was him making me feel like it was my fault. I felt extremely disrespected and I honestly expected more from this garage since I was treated well before. The way he left the conversation I felt like I was banned from returning or something. I would have rescheduled and cleared up the misunderstanding if a respectful conversation had been had but now it feels like I won't get honest service. They fixed it fine, but a few months later, the transmission started failing. They told me: you warranty is over. Another week to refix for close to $1000 and they didn't want payment by check (only cash). This place is a disaster. To fix your transmission, my advice: don't go to affordable transmission. They are not professional, and not qualified to work on transmissions.

Before booking, I clearly stated that the shipment had to be unloaded into the basement by two movers, and Xpert Trans accepted those terms. However, when the truck arrived, only one mover showed up. He told me basement delivery was not part of his contract and wanted to unload all of my belongings on the street and leave. I immediately contacted Xpert Trans, expecting them to resolve the issue. Instead, they told me I would have to pay the carrier for unloading and ignored the fact that the agreed-upon basement delivery was not being provided. They also became difficult to reach when the problem occurred. Still waiting for them to respond and do something about this. Very irresponsible broker. If you are considering using Xpert Trans, make sure every detail is confirmed directly with the carrier, not just the broker. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company
