I've been duped. I went to this place for 2 years getting my oil changed because the guy was very…read morenice and it wasn't too expensive. Today I decided to change my own oil since the place closed. When I went to remove the drain plug I realized there was no washer/gasket on the plug. Not a big deal, but then I realized that the drain plug that I removed was not mine. Whoever changed my oil during one of my oil changes decided to STEAL my magnetic oil drain plug bolt. I'm actually pretty bummed because the guy in the office was always so nice. Now they're closed and I can see why. Just a reminder: DO YOUR OWN WORK OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. Oil changes are EASY! Check YOUTUBE! I just let them do it because the price was actually cheaper than buying the oil and the filter, and I figured I would let them crawl under my car. I've learned my lesson.
