This is just a review of the front desk, I didn't see the dentist. He seemed friendly in the hall. He smiled and waved when I walked in. I had just received my insurance cards in the mail so I called to try and get in ASAP for excruciating pain and an infection. She ran my insurance and asked how far I was. I said about 5 min. She said ok there is going to be a wait. You could fill out the paper work and wait until we see the last patient. Well it took 5 min to get out to my car the. There is the 5 o clock traffic, construction traffic, and a train. So it took me 20 min. They couldn't see me. I was told I would have to wait anyways. And I canceled with another place because of the reviews here. If she said "If you aren't here within 5 min we can't see you" I wouldn't have even went. And they say they are open until 6 I got there at 5:04. I said a time based on how far Yelp said it was. read more

Dr Cheng is a very thorough, knowledgeable and professional dentist. I've been coming here for more than 15 years. He prioritizes patents' welfare, and uses a more conservative approach that I prefer. I had cracked a molar once and a couple of dentists recommended to simply remove it and do an implant in the future. But Dr Cheng was willing to help me try a partial crown which worked really well. Dr Cheng is very skillful, experienced, and yet honest and trustworthy. My husband got a dental emergency and needed a crown; a friend referred us to Dr. Cheng and says he's the best in the industry for this. Personally, I had been seeing another dentist who kept asking me go back for more frequent cleaning, re-do my braces/ invisalign, and a new nightguard. I went to Dr. Cheng to get second opinion and was told it was not necessary. Instead, he gave me tips to take better care of my teeth and gum, and helped me analyze my needs. Turns out I don't need more dental cleaning, my teeth is still aligned and healthy, and Dr. Cheng gave me a very reasonable for a new nightguard.
