I found Tom, Seth and the V.V. team at the 9th hour: We needed video work done the following day…read more Not only did he respond promptly to my first email, but he drew out the scope of the project and got us set up with a quote that same day. The next day Tom showed up on time and worked well with our whole team, as he filmed our creative meeting with our celebrity chef. He and his crew member blended in well to the background, which enabled us to carry on naturally--ultimately capturing some beautiful candid moments throughout our design process. For this specific project, we worked with 5 different freelancers, but Tom was the most responsive, dependable, and helpful of them all. Not to mention, the video he produced was top quality and was turned around to us within the week. We also later worked together while I produced a large webisode offsite in Vegas with Zappos. And I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with his team. Even when outside vendors threw some curveballs at us, I felt confident and calm with the Venture Visuals team backing me up.
